Welcoming Neighbors Network (WNN) is America’s only national network of independent state and local pro-housing advocacy organizations. Currently comprising 46 organizations across 29 states, WNN is reshaping housing and land use policy in the United States – from scarcity and sprawl to abundance, affordability, and sustainability. WNN members spearheaded nearly every major state and municipal level victory for pro-housing, pro-climate land use policy over the last six years. Through peer-learning, shared resources, strategic consultation, technical assistance, and fundraising support, WNN is powering the most effective land use advocacy groups in the country to achieve an affordable, climate-friendly built environment.

Welcoming Neighbors Network's programs fall into three categories:
1) State and Municipal Pro-Housing Policy Campaigns – Running strategic, coalition-based advocacy effort to change the law;
2) Incubation of New Place-Based Pro-Housing Infrastructure – Enabling state and local groups to adopt and adopt WNN's successful model and build stronger, more sustainable organizations
3) Peer-to-Peer Learning Capacity Building By and For Place-Based Pro-Housing Organizations – Bringing together to share best practices, learn from one another's experiences, and weave together a durable mutual support network.
