Allies for Democracy (Group)

Organization Description

Allies for Democracy is a group of grassroots activists based in Baltimore County, Maryland. Through strategic actions we champion freedom, diversity, and justice for all. From our local communities to the state and the region we work to stiffen the spines of our representatives in Washington, DC to stand up for progressive American values and refuse to obey the MAGA agenda in advance, but instead work to expand our coalition, and prepare to win elections in 2026 and 2028. Every one of our actions is shaped by our core principles: collaboration, non-violence, and the sense of joy and community.

2026 Programs

Activities planned include: Underground Supper Clubs, creative dissent actions (Melt ICE hat knit-ins, flash mobs, & dance parties). Also continue to distribute Know your Rights information, and immigrant protection actions. Canvassing continues to be a core Allies activity, and we plan to start canvassing in South-Central Pennsylvania in the Fall, in preparation for the 2026 mid-term elections.

2025 Programs

In 2025, we held three Underground Supper Clubs, monthly joyful dissent dance parties, two flash mobs, supported multiple groups by sharing our Mobilize page, support for immigrant protection legislation, Know your Rights information distribution, and more. 2024 Programs

Our "NO REGRETS 2024" campaign is a plan to wake up happy on November 6! Through weekly canvasses to swing districts we talk directly to the swing voters who will decide the general election. We provide volunteer training, materials, buddies, carpools and excellent downballot candidates that inspire people to vote.

Save Our Schools Arizona (c4)

2026 Programs

In 2026, SOSAZ is leading a first-in-the-nation citizen initiative with the Arizona Education Association to roll back Arizona’s expansive voucher program, mobilizing volunteers statewide to gather 256,000 signatures for the November ballot. We are partnering with ACLU of Arizona, Instituto, Aliento, Puente, and Borderlands Initiative to protect immigrant students and families through know-your-rights trainings and school leader engagement. We are also opposing federal K–12 cuts and attacks on LGBTQ+ students and public education, generating 12,000+ constituent contacts to Congress. Our strategy integrates earned media, digital growth, and coordinated engagement in key school board, legislative, and statewide races.

2025 Programs

In 2025, SOSAZ expanded voter registration and engagement across Arizona, focusing on young, first-time, and historically underrepresented voters. We hired four student organizers, ran campus outreach, staffed community events, and trained volunteers in phone banking, canvassing, and registration. Using targeted outreach lists, we registered 1,125 new voters, secured 599 Early Voting List signups, converted 1,119 inactive voters to active status, and converted 1,100 federal-only voters to full ballot access. In total, 3,943 progressive or left-leaning Arizonans gained the ability to vote or cast full ballots, strengthening turnout ahead of the 2026 midterms despite challenging voter purges and record complexities.

Save Our Schools AZ engages voters in support of their local public schools. We target those most disadvantaged by cuts to state education funding, including low-income and underrepresented rural, Black, Latino, and Indigenous communities. Our 18,000+ statewide volunteer network employs phone/text banking, roadshows, community tabling, digital ads, and relational organizing.

Mission

We are a non-partisan, community-based organization fighting for strong public schools for a strong Arizona. We empower parents, teachers, and citizens to advocate for strong public schools in every community. We advocate for responsible education policy that keeps public dollars in public schools and ensures transparency and accountability of taxpayer funds. We collaborate with other education and community advocacy groups to achieve full funding for public schools.

Save Our Schools Arizona Network (c3)

Organization Description

Save Our Schools Arizona Network works to build the organizing capacity and electoral power of Arizona communities that are most often ignored by and underrepresented in existing state and local power structures. We organize year-round around the issue of public education because the whole community is often invested in and responsible for the success of their local schools. This is particularly true in low-income and underrepresented rural, Black, Latino, and Indigenous communities, where chronically underfunded public schools remain the only education option.

2026 Programs

In 2026, we are strengthening community public schools by hosting town halls, listening sessions, and grassroots events to build civic engagement and rein in Arizona’s unaccountable ESA voucher program. We are training volunteers to defend immigrant families, oppose anti-LGBTQ+ and anti-equity policies, and combat school privatization. Through nonpartisan candidate forums and surveys, we will help voters evaluate candidates’ positions on public education. Finally, through our School Board Alliance and Fellowship pipeline, we are mentoring and supporting values-aligned school board members, providing training and resources to build lasting, community-centered leadership that serves students, educators, and families statewide.

2025 Programs

SOSAZN expanded our statewide organizing infrastructure, particularly in Southern and rural Arizona, adding 4,300+ volunteers and significantly increasing digital and email engagement. We mobilized parents, educators, and students through town halls, school board advocacy, and 57 Education Roadshow presentations to counter disinformation and advance pro-public education policies. We built Community Action Teams across Northern Arizona and in Yuma, Pinal, Cochise, and Santa Cruz counties, led voter registration and GOTV efforts, and strengthened youth leadership pipelines. We also helped defeat harmful legislation, blocked efforts to permanently expand vouchers, and launched a School Board Fellowship supporting 17 newly elected members statewide.

The Arizona Students' Association (c4)

Organization Description

The student-led Arizona Students’ Association works to actively empower the student voice, create concrete change, and advocate for student issues by developing student leaders; initiating and executing grassroots campaigns; raising awareness; creating a firm foundation on our stances through proper research; and engaging our government officials at a local, state, and national level.

2026 Programs

The youth and student populations are a growing voting bloc, yet still underrepresented. Young people (18–30) make up a large share of eligible voters, but historically vote less often than older age groups, which means elected officials don’t always listen to your priorities. Students face specific barriers like moving frequently, confusing registration rules, and a lack of targeted outreach — things GOTV efforts are designed to overcome. ASA plans to organize students 18-35 years old by providing them a fellowship program where they get college credit and get paid to participate in the local & federal elections.

2025 Programs

In 2025, ASA registered 5,000 students to vote across the state. Held town halls and listening sessions on issues impacting students, and a major topic of discussion was public transportation for our rural colleges, Northern Arizona University, and Arizona Western College. ASA did federal accountability work around HR1 (The Big Ugly Bill) to fight for no cuts to Pell Grant funding in CD7, CD2, CD6, and CD4. ASA also had a major win in historic funding from the Arizona state budget to Arizona Universities.

2024 Programs

ASA plans to hire and train 120 fellows for GOTV and hopes to knock on over 100,000 doors, run digital ads, text, and class wrap to turn out 18-30 year olds across the state to help our issues of focus candidates get elected and create the concrete change we hope to see in Arizona.

Arizona Asian American Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander for Equity (c3)

Organization Description

Arizona Asian American Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander for Equity (AZ AANHPI for Equity) is a state-wide organization striving for equity and justice by building power through community directed organizing, increasing civic engagement, and empowering young leaders. We envision an Asian American Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) community that is working together to shape its future as a part of the broader racial justice movement and advance our community towards a common purpose of well-being for all. We are able to accomplish this by uniquely crafted events across all of our organizational departments including climate, youth, and more.

2026 Programs

Our climate team currently is prioritizing work efforts around clean and renewable energies, utility accountability, youth leadership through a climate lens, as well as climate policy and community engagement. We accomplish this through our EJ workshop series, town halls, youth climate camp, coalition partnerships, and more. One of our largest coalition goals is working towards having a state wide heat standards set in place through the Governor to protect workers from heat. 2025 Programs

Some of the many accomplishments in the year 2025 included hosting over 10 events in the year and were able to incorporate KYR (know your rights) elements into our EJ workshop summer series due to an increase in immigration concerns, and our joint Earth Day event reached 300 people. We also hired a new Climate Resilience Organizer and our Climate Coordinator transitioned into a Climate Policy Fellow position, helping us expand our policy and data center focus for 2026. Another key achievement is we had in person presence in Brazil for United Nations COP30 and The Peoples Summit.

Increasing Asian American Native Hawaiin and Pacific Islander representation through in-person canvassing (and sub-granting to partner organizations for canvassing programs), youth fellowships, volunteer-led relational organizing, digital ads, ethnic media, and text and phone banking.

National Ground Game (PAC)

Organization Description

We are National Ground Game: The Organized, Disciplined Leadership Winning Democratic Elections. We turn Turning Point USA’s tactics against them — campus debates, viral moments, and public engagement — to register voters, drive turnout, and win Democratic elections. Our organizers train students to run an aggressive, results-driven ground game, where every action delivers real victories at the ballotbox.

2026 Programs

In 2026, our focus will be on our college campus debate tour, visiting 15 schools in critical swing states. We aim to flip at least two congressional seats that are currently +5 Republican and not DCCC targets, while also expanding our college chapters to reach 500 nationwide.

2025 Programs

In the past year, National Ground Game has generated 300+ million organic social views, raised nearly $1 million from 35,000+ small-dollar donors, and registered over 1,000 voters in Florida’s Special Election, flipping Escambia County blue for the first time since 1960. We executed large-scale field programs in Virginia and Wisconsin, mobilized young voters on six college campuses with our Prove Me Wrong Series, sold out events countering TPUSA, released a national wrap video, earned major media coverage, and are on track to launch 500+ college chapters by early 2027, building one of the largest youth-led political operations in the country.

New York Civic Engagement Table (c3)

Organization Description

The New York Civic Engagement Table (NYCET) is committed to supporting the organizing efforts of more than 70 motivated partner organizations in order to bring our state closer to realizing a vibrant, multiracial democracy. In the last 15 years, NYCET and its partners have built a base of 2.3 million people by integrating civic engagement into year-round issue campaigns and direct service provisioning. As a Table, we support the organizing efforts of our partners to build movements that center communities of color, immigrants, poor, and working people. NYCET is a member of the State Voices Affiliated Network.

2026 Programs

At a time of rising authoritarianism, ensuring every New Yorker can participate in our elections is more critical than ever. The stakes are enormous: In 2026, we’ll choose not only our next governor but also a large and highly influential congressional delegation that shapes federal policy. NYCET is fundraising to support a statewide nonpartisan voter engagement program in 2026 focused on mobilizing low propensity voters, with emphasis on reaching BIPOC, youth, and low-income voters in the Hudson Valley and Long Island.

2025 Programs

NYCET partners made more than 1.2 million attempts across New York in advance of the 2025 General Election, 90% of them to low-to-mid propensity voters. Our partners were able to successfully reach voters because they're trusted messengers in their communities. In door-to-door conversations, the average contact rate was 28% – significantly higher than the average 10-15%. And when they contacted voters, they were able to move voters to action and collect commitments to vote. About 70% of voters NYCET partners spoke to committed to voting.

2024 Programs

Since the summer of 2023, NYCET has been coordinating nonpartisan field programs across the state focused on reaching BIPOC, youth, and low-mid propensity voters in advance of the 2024 General Election. Through this effort, partners have made more than 151,600 attempts including knocking on 31,155 doors.

The New York Civic Engagement Table (NYCET) builds power with communities of color, immigrants, poor, and working people to tackle racial and economic inequality in New York. Collaborating with a diverse group of social justice and service-based organizations, we produce lifelong voters, develop leaders, and win concrete changes in people’s lives. NYCET fosters a culture of innovation and creativity by piloting and implementing tools, tactics, and organizing strategies. Through our seamless and continuous coordination of electoral, base-building, issue advocacy, and mass engagement strategies, we work to create a better democracy.

Action Together NEPA (c4)

2026 Programs

In 2026, we will continue to grow our base, working to enhance our membership experience and build lasting connections with our members and volunteers. We will expand our advocacy and accountability work protecting those most harmed, and fighting for affordability, public education, LGBTQ+ rights, immigrant rights, and economic prosperity, including increasing PA’s minimum wage. We will expand trainings and educational programs and endorse in key statewide races and congressional races.

2025 Programs

Action Together NEPA greatly expanded in 2025, doubling our membership and growing our regional capacity to include 19 counties in northeastern Pennsylvania.

2024 Programs

Action Together NEPA engages voters in an accountability campaign, focusing on outreach and early voter education. This campaign focuses on office holders for President, U.S. Senate, and U.S. House of Representatives. ATNEPA works to educate voters and raise awareness around issues and how the Pennsylvania legislature impacts their priorities.

Action Together NEPA is a grassroots progressive organization dedicated to community action and political advocacy. We support bold progressive policies that will preserve our democracy and promote social and economic justice. We envision a thriving permanent progressive infrastructure of engaged and empowered voters across northeastern Pennsylvania, working together to create a brighter future.

Second House Collaborative equips communities, organizations, and direct democracy campaigns with resources, training, and capacity support while also convening the larger ballot campaign infrastructure to advance longer-term strategy.

2026 Programs

In 2026 we are focusing on building power, safety and belonging, and centering the directly impacted. We will do this by working to increase overt turnout with network-engaged voters, increasing our volunteer base and community engagement through focusing on building sustainable relationships, and creating stronger advocate networks across Nebraska. Success will be seen through increased turnout in neighborhoods, collecting over 5,000 signatures for ballot initiatives by our network, increasing our Voter Activation Network base to 65,000 supporters, and successfully defeating bills that harm democratic systems.

2025 Programs

In 2025 we are working to keep momentum from the 2024 General, engaging voters in the Lincoln and Omaha municipal elections, funding and supporting off-cycle relationship building in other communities. We are also anticipating fights against Winner-Take-All electoral voting and rights for transgender youth participating in sports and other activities. We will leverage the data we obtained about our universe through the 2024 ballot initiatives to re-engage voters who still care deeply about these issues.

Nebraska Civic Engagement Table (c3)

Organization Description

We are a service-oriented organization focused on providing direct core support and capacity-building training and resources to our 501(c)(3) nonprofit members. We help nonprofits who provide direct services to, or advocate for, underrepresented communities to create, expand, and sustain civic engagement and nonpartisan voter outreach programs. We also help our nonprofit Member organizations build the organizational capacity needed to support grassroots advocacy and voter engagement initiatives, in addition to their other programs. We strengthen the nonprofit community through collaboration, leadership development, and professional training and resources.

2026 Programs

For 2026, the Nebraska Table's key focuses are on direct democracy and voting rights and voting access. We strive to ensure that the will of Nebraska voters is heard through accountability of lawmakers and clean implementation of voter-passed legislation. We support legislation that increases transparency and accessibility in the voting process, and we will be engaging in defensive work against harmful legislation that curtails voting rights and dilutes representation.

2025 Programs

2025 was a very successful year for the Table! We started the Legal Fund, where we paid out over $100,000 to over 25 grantees, and continue to build out the program with more grantees and the creation of a Legal Library in 2026. We started a Tuesday Policy call to educate and mobilize nonprofits on updates from the federal Executive and Judicial branches. We successfully engaged in our first municipal initiative, helping pass Lincoln for Fair Housing to eliminate income discrimination in the city of Lincoln. We and our members contacted over 18,000 voters through a variety of platforms.

2024 Programs

We work collaboratively with members to conduct year-round civic engagement efforts. In 2024 we are supporting a collaborative VR/GOTV initiative of five Member orgs knocking doors to mobilize voters in low turnout neighborhoods in North and South Omaha (CD2), increasing voter participation through increased voter registration and education.

New Era Colorado Foundation (c3)

Organization Description

New Era Colorado Foundation organizes young people to participate in the political process, develop as leaders, and find a political home.

2026 Programs

In 2026, we are turning out young voters across the state to pass a Graduated Income Tax on the ballot. Colorado currently has a flat income tax rate and a recurring state budget deficit of up to $1 billion, because our tax system does not generate sufficient revenue. Combined with federal budget cuts, we must rewrite the rules so that the ultra-wealthy and corporations pay what they owe. We'll use this ballot measure to turn out young voters who will also elect our next governor, attorney general, secretary of state, and state legislators.

2025 Programs

In 2025, New Era Colorado organized young BIPOC voters across the state to Get Out The Vote in their local elections, including Colorado Springs, Aurora, Boulder, Fort Collins, Greeley and Pueblo. We also spent the year talking with young people about tax equity, hearing the impact of economic injustice in their lives, and getting them primed to vote for a graduated income tax ballot measure in 2026. A survey we did in the summer showed that 96% of our base agreed that the wealthy should pay their fair share!

2024 Programs

NECF and NECAF will be targeting 18-34 year-olds, prioritizing young people of color, to turn out in targeted districts like CO-3 and CO-8 and to vote for a ballot measure that protects abortion rights. NECAF will endorse Youth Agenda champions in state legislative races, including the June state primary.

CIRC Action Fund (501(c)4) was established in 2012 to build a strong and thriving Colorado where all residents are treated with dignity and respect, have equal access to a fair quality of life, and the opportunity to live united with family. Our mission compels us to elect and protect candidates with a history of championing immigrant rights issues and to mobilize an electorate of People of Color and New Americans that reflects the populations where we work.

2026 Programs

In 2026, CIRC Action Fund is planning to lead a nonpartisan and partisan voter engagement program in Congressional District 8, one of the most competitive districts in the state. At the state level, we are looking at the Governor and Attorney General races (to be confirmed). Additionally, our focus will continue to be on maintaining and expanding pro-immigrant majorities in the State Senate and House. We will target low-propensity BIPOC voters through door knocking, texts, mailers, and ads.

2025 Programs

In 2025, our goal was to mobilize voters in Colorado’s Congressional District 8 (CD-08) to support pro-immigrant candidates and policies through targeted, community-driven campaigns. We focused on municipal elections in Adams County, specifically in Westminster, Aurora, Greeley, and Commerce City – all overlap with CD8 – to lay the groundwork for stronger turnout in 2026. By connecting local issues to immigrant rights and building relationships through trusted community networks, we prepared the foundation for large-scale mobilization this year. We knocked on close to 5,000 doors and seven of our local endorsed candidates won their races.

Asian Americans United (c3)

Organization Description

Since 1985, Asian Americans United exists so that people of Asian ancestry in Philadelphia exercise leadership to build their communities and unite to challenge oppression. From our beginning, AAU has had a particular focus on youth so that young people in our communities are supported to become individually, socially, and politically aware; to exercise their voice; and to participate in active struggles for justice. Through this work, we create generations of leaders who sustain, fight for, and give back to our communities.

2026 Programs

This is a critical year for AAPI voter turnout in a typically lower-visibility election year. We focus on Limited English Proficiency (LEP) voters as a critical population to increase immigrant representation in government and civic life. Through multilingual outreach and culturally competent approaches, our GOTV efforts increase AAPI vote share. We help create new voters through our citizenship clinics and voter registration program. in conjunction with voter engagement, we conduct immigration rapid response and case work. Our narrative change work connects the importance of voting to the attacks on immigrants to mobilize more voters.

2025 Programs

Even in an election “off-year,” we engaged Limited English Proficiency voters; coordinated voter registration and GOTV operations for municipal and statewide elections; supported immigrant rights in a critical time under the Trump Administration; and enforced federal language access requirements. Our phonebanking, textbanking, and doorknocking reached thousands of voters and developed leadership among Chinese-speaking immigrant youth. We assisted elderly immigrants to naturalize as U.S. citizens and fought deportations and ICE detentions with legal aid. We hosted a candidate forum for judicial and district attorney candidates, and conducted voter outreach through ethnic media on multiple platforms.

2024 Programs

Asian Americans United's (AAU) Chinatown Vote Program registers new voters from Asian communities in Philadelphia. AAU assists immigrant and non-English proficient voters with registration and at the polls, conducts doorknocking, voter engagement events, phonebanking, textbanking, advertising on WeChat, and integrates voter registration with other civic campaigns.

We will continue to work toward a just Illinois by defending the Pretrial Fairness Act, ensuring that the FAIR act is vigorously implemented, and monitoring the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office to ensure they prosecute with an even hand. We will continue to work with union partners to win collective bargaining rights and a living wage for rideshare drivers.

2025 Programs

Helped pass a bill to increase access to mental and behavioral health and address Illinois’s shortage of therapists. Served as key part of coalition that won $1.5 billion to protect, expand, and improve public transportation in Illinois. Passed legislation to fix Illinois’s underfunded public defense system and won funding to expand essential services for people awaiting trial. Fought back against attacks on immigrants by campaigning to get AT&T to drop contracts with ICE and DHS. Won a path toward unionization for rideshare drivers in IL.

Organization Description

The People’s Lobby is a membership-driven organization devoted to organizing widespread support for legislation and candidates that put the needs of people and the planet before the interests of corporations and the very rich.

2026 Programs

We plan to do significant campaign work for our slate of endorsed candidates in the months leading up to the primary election in March of 2026. The bulk of that work will go toward winning votes for State Senator Robert Peters in his race for US Congress. Robert formerly served as The People’s Lobby’s political director, and has worked closely with us for years to help us advance our legislative goals. After the primary, we will pivot toward a general election program, targeting State Representative and State Senate races in the western suburbs of Chicago.

In 2025, we recruited a team of experienced members to select, interview, and evaluate candidates running for office in 2026 for endorsement. We began that process toward the end of the year, and will continue to add new candidates to our slate in the new year.

Organization Description

The Massachusetts Voter Table advances civic access, engagement, and representation to increase resources and power for people of color and working-class people toward achieving a multiracial democracy. Texas Organizing Project (c4)

Organization Description

TOP, founded in 2009, organizes Black and Latino communities in Dallas, Harris and Bexar counties with the goal of transforming Texas into a state where working people of color have the power and representation they deserve. Our greatest strength is the more than 350,000 members and supporters who help lead our direct-action organizing, grassroots lobbying, and electoral organizing. At TOP we fight with two fists. We organize around issue-based campaigns, winning tangible improvements for our communities. We then mobilize our members and supporters around electoral campaigns, effectively increasing voter participation in communities that historically have had low voting rates.

2026 Programs

One of our organizational priorities in 2025 is the preparation and ramp up to the 2026 electoral season, particularly conducting endorsements processes. As we do every election cycle, our membership plans to conduct a robust endorsement process for candidates running for office in the March 2026 primaries. The endorsement process consists of preparing questionnaires, inviting candidates to fill out the questionnaire, and inviting candidates in person to conduct interviews with our members. If candidates align with our values and priorities, TOP leaders will vote to endorse.

We are organizing working class Black and Latino communities in our core counties around our issue campaigns. We are also ramping up to the 2026 elections. Texas Organizing Project Education Fund (c3)

Organization Description

TOPEF is an explicitly pro-Black organization with the mission of improving the lives of working class Black and Latino Texans building power through community organizing and civic engagement in the three largest metro areas (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio). Leadership development is the cornerstone of TOPEF’s organizing model. We develop networks of community leaders and organized residents, equipping them to address the issues they identify, increasing their power in decision making and the electoral process. Our current issue campaigns, determined by our community members, include access to healthcare, economic justice, affordable and quality housing, criminal legal reform, and immigrants’ rights.

2026 Programs

In 2026, we will shift our organizing model to focus on two campaigns, access to affordable healthcare and legal reform (both criminal and immigration systems). This shift is pivotal in our organization reacting to the times we are in and our reflection on what is needed to shift Texas into a state that works for everyone - not just a select few in the changing landscape. We will continue to conduct leadership development and building our base of Black and Latino Texans interested in creating aTexas that works for all, no matter our race, income, or language we speak.

2025 Programs

In 2025, we continue organizing working class Black and Latino communities in our core counties within our current priority issue campaigns. We are also conducting outreach within our communities to identify a new single issue campaign with enough momentum to galvanize our communities and shift the power dynamics in Texas away from the monied interests and back into the hands of the people. We are conducting this in-depth leadership development on topics including organizing best practices, political education, data and research analysis, racial capitalism (what it means, what it looks like in today’s economy, how to counteract it), and others.

Texas Organizing Project Political Action Committee (PAC)

Organization Description

TOP PAC runs one of the largest (independent) grassroots field operations in the state focusing on candidates and issues based on TOP’s endorsement processes of our grassroot leaders. We build relationships with Texas’ most disenfranchised voters year-round and don’t sit out any election – we talk to voters in municipal, special elections, state and presidential election cycles.We run multi-layered campaigns rooted in the belief that when we engage unlikely voters in conversations about issues that matter most to them and the impact their vote can have on those issues, we can turn them into frequent voters.

2026 Programs

TOP PAC will run a multi-layered Get-Out-The-Vote program supporting TOP’s membership endorsed candidates. Our programs will target unlikely Black and Latino voters in our priority counties, Dallas, Tarrant, Harris, Fort Bend, amongst others. We will likely engage in the County Judge races, District Attorney races and experiment with some engagement in South Texas. We are currently mapping out our plan for 2026.

2025 Programs

We are preparing for the midterm elections and plan to engage in local, state and potentially federal races. Due to the unprecedented redistricting in Texas, we expect to have competitive primaries at the state level, in newly formed congressional districts, as well as for Bexar County DA and County Judge (executive at large position) in Harris County, the largest, most populous county in Texas. Our GOTV program will likely target unlikely, infrequent, newer voters, and newly registered voters. Many of these voters are people that we have built relationships with over time through our year-round organizing and across election cycles.

NY Renews is a coalition led by member organizations from every corner of New York. As the main force behind the passage of NYS’s historic climate law in 2019, NY Renews is the only coalition working to ensure the mandates and goals of the law are adequately funded and fully realized. Our 2025 and 2026 plans include:
1) Watchdogging NY’s Climate Law at a time when the governor is failing to lead on climate;
2) Ensuring that the state's proposed cap-and-invest program remains the primary vessel to fund the climate law; and
3) Building the capacity of the communities we represent to strengthen our movement, deepen alignment, and lead on climate justice.

Climate Cardinals (c3)

Organization Description

Climate Cardinals is one of the world's largest youth-led climate organizations. We strengthen community resilience to climate change through language access and youth empowerment. We began five years ago as U.S.-based children of immigrants translating climate information for our families because 80% of the world doesn't speak English, but up to 98% of climate information is only in English. To date, we've grown into a volunteer-powered community of 16,000+ young people and 150 chapters in 145 countries. In 2024, we transitioned from volunteer-led to professionally staffed and formalized a chapters and fellows program.

2025 Programs

Over the next year, 100 youth fellows on our executive team will gain the skills to design programs, evaluate impact, and lead digital campaigns, equipping them to drive real change in their communities. 40+ chapters will deliver 160 climate education events annually, giving thousands of young people and minority communities the knowledge to prepare for disasters and advocate for a seat at the decision-making table. 50+ grassroots organizations will receive over 1M words of climate information translations for free, ensuring they can shape policies and strengthen community resilience where it matters most.

Organization Description

FANM works toward an inclusive, equitable, and a just society for all. FANM’s mission is to train, educate, organize and mobilize grassroots citizens from the bottom up. We give them the tools to contribute to their own transformation, enfranchisement, and liberation. Organization Description

Chispa Arizona is a grassroots organization dedicated to building the political power of Latine and frontline communities to fight for climate justice, environmental equity, and a thriving democracy. As a program of the League of Conservation Voters, we work at the intersection of environmental and social justice, advocating for clean air and water, protecting public lands, and advancing equitable energy policies that prioritize people over polluters. In 2025, Chispa Arizona is prepared to meet the challenges of an evolving environmental and political landscape with a strategic and proactive plan. By deepening our grassroots organizing, expanding civic engagement, and advancing policy advocacy, we will continue building power for communities most impacted by climate and environmental injustice. Through comprehensive membership growth, leadership development, and campaign-driven organizing, we will work to ensure our communities have the tools, resources, and influence necessary to create lasting change.

Mission

Chispa Arizona is organizing within our Latinx communities to grow political power and civic engagement for environmental justice in Arizona, as a program of the League of Conservation Voters. We build the capacity of Latinx families to influence policymakers and pressure polluters to protect communities’ rights to clean air and water, healthy neighborhoods, and a safe climate for generations to come. We are growing the infrastructure and leadership necessary for Latinx families to hold polluters and decision-makers accountable, demanding environmental justice and equity for our communities.

Organization Description

With over 155,000 lifetime members across 46 US states, CASA is a national powerhouse organization building power and improving the quality of life in working-class, Black, Latino/a/e, Afro-descendent, Indigenous, and Immigrant communities. CASA creates change with its powerbuilding model blending human services, community organizing, and advocacy in order to serve the full spectrum of the needs, dreams, and aspirations of members.

2025 Programs

We plan to engage in membership protection. We aim to safeguard our members by providing resources such as the 24-hour hotline which will be for members being targeted by ICE, Know Your Rights training to inform our members of their constitutional rights when approached by ICE, and our Narrative Change work where we will highlight and personify immigrant stories to fight the damaging narrative being spread by main-stream media. Additionally, we will run a non-partisan deep canvassing program to have one-on-one conversations with working class immigrants, and properly understand the elections results while educating them on legislative matters.

2024 Programs

CASA’s voter registration is primarily site-based, with our field team of canvassers engaging with the community at public locations amenable to registering our target voters, such as shops, groceries, places of worship, etc. Our canvass team are at least trilingual, comprising a mix of team members who speak English, Spanish, and French.

GALEO Impact Fund works to expand and influence Latino political power in Georgia. We also seek to elect and hold accountable policymakers who align with our progressive values. Vision: Georgia is a state where the Latino voice is sought after and Latino policymakers have equitable representation.

2025 Programs

Our 2025 goals are to raise funds to support candidates for local and state races. We would like to increase the potential candidate list for 2026. Additionally, if funding is available, we will have our IC work to independently support or oppose candidates for office. This would be GOTV work that includes doors, phone, and social media outreach targeted to the specific locations of the candidates. Hopefully, we can endorse and support through these efforts of at least 3-5 Latino candidates who align with our values.

GALEO (c3)

Organization Description

GALEO is a nonprofit organization based in Atlanta, Georgia, founded in 2003. GALEO strives for a better Georgia where the Latinx community is engaged civically. GALEO is involved in increasing civic participation of the Latinx community and developing prominent Latinx leaders throughout Georgia. The GALEO Institute for Leadership builds future leaders in the Latino community. Our Georgia Latino Vote program supports voter registration efforts throughout the state.

2025 Programs

Voter Registration and Civic Engagement: Between 2025 and 2026, we will register 2,000 voters and support them in their voter education and voter engagement activities. We will also run 24 Know Your Rights and/or Community Town Halls to educate and engage our community. We will host a monthly podcast to reach Latinos throughout the state, so they are fully informed.
Leadership Development: Our GIL program’s popularity has increased exponentially since the 2024 Presidential Election. During the next two years, we will accommodate the increased demand in our traditional program and expand our “El Pueblos Unido” civic engagement program.

In 2025, we plan to do c3/c4 nonpartisan Know Your Rights efforts in Q1/Q2. Our goal for the KYR is to have 24 community town halls, informational sessions, and/or virtual gatherings in 2025. Additionally, we will build up the audience in the revamped podcast to include 300 views and social media following. We are focusing on KYR, Immigration, Executive Orders, potential legislation that can impact our community, and leadership in the podcast to continue to educate and empower our community. Our podcast provides access to our community to subject matter experts and legislators who directly impact their lives.

Orange County Environmental Justice (c3)

Organization Description

OCEJ is a fiscally sponsored project of OneOC and our mission is to advance environmental justice in the ancestral lands of the Acjachemen and Tongva Nations, now known as Orange County. Our goals include building a grassroots movement by training resident leaders, especially youth; expanding an engaged base of voters and activists; and forming coalitions with diverse community stakeholders. We aim to improve environmental quality in underserved communities by addressing issues like lead contamination in Santa Ana, soil and blood lead levels in residents, water quality in communities of color across OC, and the protection of local Indigenous sacred sites.

2025 Programs

As a fiscal project of OneOC, OCEJ’s 2025 programs will build off of the momentum of our past year’s accomplishments to expand our work across the region and create new coalitions to advance environmental justice in Orange County. Our priorities for this year include:
1) Expanding access to soil, water, and air testing in residential communities across Orange County;
2) building support networks so communities can collectively respond to natural disasters and other emergencies; and finally, building leadership among Orange County low-income youth of color through our Defending the Sacred internship and summer organizing academy.

Organization Description

Border Workers United (BWU) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in South Texas, formed in 2016 through the merger of two immigrant worker justice groups based in El Paso and Brownsville, Texas. Border Workers United fosters leadership and knowledge on labor laws for a safe and fair working environment in the Texas Border Lands. Prioritizing issues such as immigration, environmental and workers justice, they employ tactics like requesting access to citizenship ceremonies, colleges, and universities to advocate for the rights of border workers.

Border Workers United is a 501c3 seeking to elevate the power of community members by promoting and developing leadership and knowledge on labor laws among workers to construct a safe and fair working environment in Texas Border Lands.

New Virginia Majority builds governing power on our path for racial and social justice through year-round community organizing and voter mobilization in working class communities of color. 2025 Programs

Centering marginalized communities and communities of color in our organizing and advocacy work, and encouraging and empowering them to be more civically engaged has always been a part of our major strategies. We move our strategies forward through the model of integrated voter engagement: deep local organizing, broad-scale state level advocacy, year-long civic engagement programs integrated with local organizing campaigns, strategic communications and digital organizing, and multiple leadership pipelines through which we are able to move people from the first interaction to members, activists, and leaders.

We will have a multi-layered voter contact program that includes face-to-face canvassing, phone calls, text messages, and mail pieces tailored to the issues they care about. In addition to these contacts, we will coordinate a robust digital program that will reach people through social media and websites with high traffic among our targeted voters.

The New Virginia Majority Education Fund works to create a powerful multi-issue, multi-racial movement to transform Virginia through large scale civic engagement, issue advocacy, and community organizing. Our multi-year voter engagement program continues, with a goal of expanding the electorate to better reflect Virginia’s rich diversity. Based on previous successes, such a program will include a multi-touch door-to-door program layered with phone calls and mail, and a robust social media and digital organizing strategy.

The Wisconsin Muslim Civic Foundation (WMCF) is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Muslim communities across Wisconsin through civic education, leadership development, and community engagement. We work to build informed, active, and resilient communities by promoting access to civic knowledge, uplifting underrepresented voices, and fostering partnerships rooted in equity and inclusion.

2025 Programs

In 2025, WMCF will expand nonpartisan voter education, build our community base through one-on-one outreach and events, and strengthen civic leadership among Muslim youth. We’ll combat misinformation, support first-time voters, and create culturally relevant voter materials—while preparing communities for 2026 by addressing documentation barriers and promoting civic trust year-round.

2024 Programs

WMCF 2024 election programming aims to maximize voter engagement and turnout through a multifaceted approach. We will utilize targeted digital ads to reach diverse audiences online, conduct door-to-door canvassing to connect with voters personally, and organize community events to foster civic participation. Additionally, we will implementing phone and text campaigns to provide voters with critical information and reminders.

Upper West Side Action Group (Group)

Organization Description

We are a congenial neighborhood activist group dedicated to strengthening democracy, promoting a just society, moral budget funded by fair taxation and fighting the MAGA agenda. We canvass, phone, write, text and demonstrate to deliver votes and legislation reflecting our values. Our group was founded out of a MoveOn House party following the election of Trump in 2017. We worked with NY Working Families Party to organize The Tax March, No One is Above the Law on The March for Truth, joined Indivisible and then SwingLeft and worked in cooperation and coalition with many groups over the years.

2025 Programs

Canvassing in NY17 about the Reconciliation Budget - inform the content of bill, urge voters to phone Rep. Lawler to oppose it and inform them of Town Halls or other actions organized by local groups (we create the leaflets and work as part of a coalition of groups in NY17). Mobilizing for the mass rallies in NYC since the President's Day/Not My President rallies. Write postcards with Reclaim Our Vote/Center for Common Group and recruit volunteers for phone banks organized by other national groups. Meet in person monthly w/speakers on: Social Security, Budget Reconciliation, NYS Budget, Rank Choice Voting and more.

2024 Programs

We're currently canvassing registered Democrats in PA07 who vote irregularly. We started with deep canvassing and switching to regular canvassing this Fall. We also write letters to PA voters of similar profile with Vote Forward. Soon we'll be phoning to recruit local volunteers from people who previously volunteered in PA07.

Mission

We're a congenial group of activists in NYC devoted to strengthening democracy, promoting a just society, moral budget and fair taxation to fund it. We canvass, write and phone voters in strategically targeted purple districts/states to flip them blue. Our group is affiliated with both SwingLeft and Indivisible. We are very focused on making our actions effective, but arrange them to also be enjoyable.

NCAATIA was the state's first pan-Asian political advocacy organization and remains the only one of its kind.

NCAAT in Action’s strategic focus in 2025 centers on base-building through deep canvassing and a new membership model. Our efforts are to connect with our community to better understand their concerns and priorities, to have meaningful conversations about what changes they want to see in government to improve their lives, emphasizing that the changes they want can only happen by electing the right candidates to key seats. Our focus for 2025-2026 will be in two phases.
2025: We will build a strong organizing/power-building infrastructure around our inclusive education campaign, and signature gathering + narrative change work for a progressive tax ballot initiative, done in close partnership and coalition with other progressive organizations.
2026: Continue organizing for both campaigns, get progressive tax on the ballot. Voter engagement and coalition strategy to retake the state house, protect the senate, and elect progressive governor.

Mission

Rising Voices Fund exists to:
1) Promote the civic participation of Asian American women and families in Michigan, with particular emphasis on underrepresented communities, in electoral and public policy processes at all levels.
2) Educate the Asian American community and communities at large about policies that improve the well-being of Asian American women and families such as policies related to immigration, immigrant rights, family economic security issues, health disparities, gender violence, and other intersectional social justice issues. Provide opportunities for youth leadership by activating and uplifting Asian American women and youth voices in all spaces.
3) Serve as an organizing resource for Asian American women and families with the promotion of co-liberatory practices, seeking partnerships and deep engagement with groups serving communities of color and intersectional community organizing work.

Planned Parenthood Texas Votes will run a targeted statewide voter outreach and registration program in 2026, engaging over 200,000 low-propensity identified Planned Parenthood supporters. Through field outreach, phone banks, digital efforts, and social pressure mail, we’ll use our data to activate this warm contact list, maximizing impact with proven tactics. Our 2024 program achieved a 39% turnout rate among identified low-propensity voters.

National Domestic Workers Alliance Inc. (c3)

NDWA is dedicated to advancing domestic and care workers' rights nationwide. In 2025, we’ll prioritize Medicaid funding, defend gained worker wages, and counter anti-immigration policies. At state and local levels, we’ll advance the Domestic Worker Bill of Rights, data collection for HCBS policy advocacy, and initiatives to deliver the most impactful resources in this shifting political landscape. Additionally, NDWA will bolster worker protections, expand digital organizing, and enhance our rapid response networks.

Our civic engagement program is focused on educating voters about care and turning out women of color voters in Sunbelt states, where care and domestic workers have traditionally been left behind, and which is often home to areas with the worst care crisis in the nation.

Mission

The National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA) works for respect, recognition, and rights for the more than 2.2 million nannies, house cleaners, and home care workers who do the essential work of caring for our loved ones and our homes. Driven by domestic workers’ priorities, NDWA is working to catalyze a paradigm shift in the way domestic work is understood, valued, and compensated to ensure that these much-needed jobs are good jobs with dignity, economic security, and labor protections. NDWA is a non-partisan charitable organization and does not endorse, support, or oppose any candidate for public office.

Seed the Vote (PAC)

2025 Programs

In 2024, Seed the Vote sent over 5,000 volunteers to canvass for federal candidates and issues in Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan, in partnership with the grassroots organizations that lead the work in those states. In 2025, we will be sending canvassers to Wisconsin for the Supreme Court election on April 1, and exploring a fall program in Virginia, Pennsylvania, or New Jersey. In 2026, we win back the House.

Mission

Seed the Vote is a project of Everyday People PAC. Everyday People PAC is a grassroots, social justice political fund mobilizing volunteers to defeat Trumpism. EPP supports the electoral work of grassroots organizations in swing states who are working to build the long term power of working class communities and communities of color. Seed the Vote recruits, trains and mobilizes thousands of volunteers from across the U.S. to help defeat the Right and grow people-powered movements for the long term. We partner with organizations rooted in working-class communities and communities of color in battleground states that are organizing towards key elections and building grassroots political power year-round. Our goal is to contribute to the essential work of building a progressive movement that is capable of transforming U.S. politics in order to make possible much bigger wins—on climate, healthcare, housing, good jobs, immigration, policing, reproductive justice, and more—over the next decade.

In 2025, we’re seeing momentum for policy changes in Illinois, Maryland, New York, Ohio, Arizona, and California. One Fair Wage Action will support legislative campaigns in IL, MD, and NY, while in OH, AZ, and CA, we’ll push for ballot measures, mobilizing workers to gather signatures and engage voters.

2024 Programs

Led by women of color, One Fair Wage Action is collecting voter registrations while gathering signatures for a minimum wage ballot measure. They mobilize workers, employers, and consumers nationwide to enhance wages and working conditions in the service sector, aiming to abolish all subminimum wages in the United States.

Mission

One Fair Wage Action is a national organization seeking to raise wages, improve working conditions, and build power for workers in the service sector, and end all subminimum wages in the United States. In particular, we organize service workers to lead legislation and ballot measure campaigns to raise wages in their industry, and also engage them in large-scale peer-to-peer voter engagement programs to support these wage increases and candidates who support them, driving change from the ground up.

Cambio Texas's 2024 campaign seeks to engage youth and Latino communities in the Rio Grande Valley, promoting leadership that truly represents our needs. Through block walking, digital outreach, and texting, we aim to educate, navigate voting processes, and significantly increase voter turnout for more reflective representation in Texas.

North Carolina Asian Americans Together (c3)

2025 Programs

In 2025, our organization will be shifting strategies to put more focus on our community through grassroots base-building. We aim to narrow in on who our diverse community members are, and what moves them, primarily through the following activities: deep canvassing, focus groups and ethnographic interviews, and potentially moving to a membership model. In regards to organizing, NCAAT/NCAATIA will be expanding our issue work (primarily democracy reform, immigration, language access, and racial justice) to also focus on diversity and inclusivity in K-12 education, which is an area of growing contention in the AAPI community.

2024 Programs

North Carolina Asian Americans Together (NCAAT) is scaling and leading the largest field program targeting Asian Americans in North Carolina. On-site canvassing in high schools and college campuses will register AAPI and BIPOC voters, and registrations are paired with pledges to vote.

UNITE HERE Action Fund (c4/PAC)

2025 Programs

UNITE HERE Action Fund will promote and increase the electoral participation of low propensity voters – primarily working class and people of color – in Virginia and New Jersey by having UNITE HERE union members canvass them to identify issues and key challenges facing them, draw out what messages are most motivating, and educate them on how to vote.

2024 Programs

The hospitality workers union, UNITE HERE Action Fund, is launching an ambitious field program in 2024 in Nevada, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. UNITE HERE operates the nation’s largest labor-led canvassing program, with canvassers who are union members—workers talking to working-class voters about their fight to protect their livelihoods and their country.

Mission

The purpose of the UNITE HERE Action Fund is to assist hospitality workers, other working people and their families to achieve economic, social, and racial justice through education and advocacy, leadership development, and full participation in civic life. UNITE HERE Action Fund and Workers Vote are closely aligned with UNITE HERE, a hospitality workers union.
