Missouri Jobs with Justice improves lives by organizing with workers across race, class, and gender to influence public and private policies that increase wages, improve working conditions, and expand equitable access to healthcare. We envision a Missouri where:
The economy and public infrastructure are strong and good jobs are plentiful;
The right of all workers to organize and collectively bargain is protected;
Opportunity exists for all regardless of race, identity, or immigration status;
All are assured economic security and a safe, healthy life;
White supremacy is understood, challenged, and dismantled.

In 2026, we will stop gerrymandering and mid-decade redistricting via citizen veto. We will support reproductive justice organizations in stopping an abortion ban from the MO state legislature. We will defend the 115 year old initiative petition process, and we will organize with Missourians to plan a proactive statewide policy fight for 2028.

In 2025, we fought legally to defend the $15 minimum wage and paid sick time that we passed last November at the ballot box. We also engaged volunteers to defend the initiative petition process, which is vital to Missouri democracy. In one of our regions, we worked to get campaign contribution limits passed for city council members. We are now working on a citizen veto referendum to stop illegal mid-cycle gerrymandering. From knocking doors to talk with voters to calling our legislators, we're working with Missourians to make it a better place for all people.
