Sisters Lead Sisters Vote (SLSV) is a powerful force dedicated to amplifying the voices, leadership, and political influence of Black women. Founded on principles of advocacy, education, and civic engagement, SLSV mobilizes Black women to shape policies and elections that uplift their families and communities. By fostering leadership among women across the spectrum—including cisgender, transgender, gender-expansive, and non-binary individuals—SLSV ensures inclusive representation and collective strength. Through informed action, sustained organizing, and unwavering support for Black women's political leadership, SLSV embodies empowerment, dignity, and resilience, transforming communities nationwide.

Our core programs empower Black women to lead transformative change through:
1) Justice Agenda Advocacy: Driving impactful policy changes at federal, state, and local levels by creating, distributing, and providing hands-on training with advocacy toolkits and compelling social media content.
2) Black Women Candidates Research & Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing every Black woman candidate running in every election nationwide to ensure their visibility, viability, and victories.
3) Leadership Development: Cultivating the skills, confidence, and networks of Black women political leaders and volunteers, including strengthening and expanding the Win With Black Women State Network to sustain enduring political power.

Sisters Lead Sisters Vote leverages peer to peer influence to disrupt mis- and dis-information by providing our Under 30 cohort with guidance on creating core messaging products supported by curated information and polling. These resources will be used to target voters under 30 through social, print, streaming and broadcast media platforms.

Sisters Lead Sisters Vote supports the political power of Black women by amplifying their voices and leadership on our Justice Agenda (racial/social justice, economic justice, environmental justice and reproductive justice).
