UndauntedK12 (c3)
2025 Programs
As the nation's second-largest public infrastructure and a major energy consumer, schools hold immense potential for emissions reduction, yet are often overlooked in climate plans despite their centrality and visibility within communities. UndauntedK12 was founded by educators and climate advocates to bridge the gap. In addition, the increasing frequency of extreme weather events is directly and increasingly impacting student health and learning – bringing more and more education leaders to the table looking for solutions.
Mission
Our mission is to support schools to make an equitable transition to zero carbon emissions while preparing youth to build a sustainable future in a rapidly changing climate. We do so through advocacy, coalition building, thought leadership, strategic communications, leadership development, and technical assistance.
