CREATE YOUR PUBLIC CAPA CONNECTOR CARD

To help raise money for community-based organizations that are engaging voters and advocating for climate, social, racial and/or economic justice, CaPA has created the CaPA Connector platform to increase the visibility of your great work among donors both inside and outside our network. CaPA also uses the information collected via this form to inform our grant program.

If your organization does not yet have a card, please use the fields below to share your information. You are welcome to leave fields blank if there is any information you’d prefer not to share, though we strongly recommend providing as much information as possible so your profile is complete. At the end of the form you will be asked to attach a Statement of Financial Activity (Profit & Loss) for the last full fiscal year. If you do not have this available, submit the form and it can be added later.

Each legal entity (c3, c4, PAC, etc.) should have a separate card. Please complete this form separately for any affiliated entities that you would also like to be considered for funding. Note that organizations listed on the CaPA Connector should be based in and primarily working in the United States.

While this document is not required, we encourage all groups to provide it since we will share this information with interested donors and we have found many of our donors use financial information as a tool for evaluating programs they are considering funding. The document you provide will not be displayed on the public CaPA Connector website and will only be shared with trusted funding partners.
