CASA’s voter registration is primarily site-based, with our field team of canvassers engaging with the community at public locations amenable to registering our target voters, such as shops, groceries, places of worship, etc. Our canvass team are at least trilingual, comprising a mix of team members who speak English, Spanish, and French.

CASA in Action (c4/PAC)

CASA in Action turns out voters based on democracy-defense organizing, non-partisan voter canvassing, partisan voter canvassing to advocate for our member-endorsed candidates, and community-tailored communications. Our strength lies in community trust, cultural competency, and the leadership provided by our working-class, immigrant membership.

Mission Statement

With over 122,000 lifetime Latino, immigrant, and working class members, the CASA family of organizations (CASA (c3), CASA in Action (c4), and CASA in Action PAC) is the foremost Latino and immigrant organization in the mid-Atlantic region and a national leader. We get reluctant voters to the polls by creating and distributing nonpartisan voter guides that contrast candidate stands for key races nationwide. Community and campus partners will distribute over 5 million printed guides, plus extensive online distribution. Our guides will be critical for this election of “I hate them both.”

TurnUp (Turnout Activism Inc.) (c3)

TurnUp's Youth-led GOTV program targets low-turnout community college campuses and low-propensity young voters. The program engages over 18,000 young interns, on-campus organizers, and relational organizers to utilize the following strategies: on-campus GOTV events, relational GOTV campaigns, canvassing, phone-banking, and text-banking.

Virginia Organizing (c3)

Virginia Organizing’s base-building and issue campaigns are integrated with c3 civic engagement and GOTV work. All 18 chapters will do restoration of rights work, making hundreds of calls to returning citizens and identifying people willing to share their stories at press events, in letters to the editor, etc.

Mission Statement

Voces de la Frontera Action (501c4) is the advocacy arm of Voces de la Frontera. With the same mission to fight for the rights of low wage and immigrant workers, Voces de la Frontera Action is allowed to have a more active role in lobbying and advocating for better laws. VDLFA can also endorse candidates that best support our issues. We are a Latino-led organization focused on empowering hard working Latino voters. We run the largest independent Latino engagement programs in Wisconsin, aiming to unify Latino voters to support candidates and causes that bring prosperity and hope into communities.
