One Fair Wage Action is a national organization led by women of color that is organizing workers, employers and consumers to raise wages and working conditions in the service sector and end all subminimum wages in the United States. Through this process, One Fair Wage mobilizes hundreds of thousands of unlikely voters who are low-wage workers in peer-to-peer voter programs.
