Democrats have work to do. Many voters still do not know they have been redistricted, especially in the rural areas. While the rural part of the district is only 14% of the voters, this population of mostly low income voters of color needs connection and outreach.

COVA Coalition is a predominantly women's progressive organization in Coastal Virginia. We work together to amplify women's voices, advocate for change and protect our freedoms. Our focus areas are reproductive freedom, sensible gun reform and support for public education. We are affiliated with Network NOVA. Our get-out-the-vote messages are personalized and thought out. Our voters get detailed information on when and where they can vote early, the rules for mailing an absentee ballot in their state, and where they can vote on election day. We work with on-the-ground partners to develop messaging tailored for each community.

I have purchased over 350k postcards and stamps to insure that BIPOC voters in voter suppression states get the information they need to be able to cast their vote. Our information is non partisan and gives info re/what to bring, where to vote, when to vote. Our outreach goes deeply into the communities that are ignored by most every other campaign.

Southern Lehigh Democratic Committee (Group)

We target Democratic voters by means of door-to-door canvassing, letter and postcard mailings, emails in selected precincts, placing yard signs, working as poll greeters and poll watchers, and through participation as a club in community parades and other community events. We inform voters of important dates and how to return mail-in ballots correctly.

Swing Blue Alliance (Group)

In addition to running our own voter registration trips, we help Democratic committees and other grassroots group identify the most promising precincts for hotspot and door-to-door voter registration. We acquire lists of unregistered people and check them against other databases, including the registered voter file. We use this information to create walk lists.

Upper West Side Action Group (Group)

We're currently canvassing registered Democrats in PA07 who vote irregularly. We started with deep canvassing and switching to regular canvassing this Fall. We also write letters to PA voters of similar profile with Vote Forward. Soon we'll be phoning to recruit local volunteers from people who previously volunteered in PA07.

We're a congenial group of activists in NYC devoted to strengthening democracy, promoting a just society, moral budget and fair taxation to fund it. We canvass, write and phone voters in strategically targeted purple districts/states to flip them blue. Our group is affiliated with both SwingLeft and Indivisible. We are very focused on making our actions effective, but arrange them to also be enjoyable.
