TurnUp's Youth-led GOTV program targets low-turnout community college campuses and low-propensity young voters. The program engages over 18,000 young interns, on-campus organizers, and relational organizers to utilize the following strategies: on-campus GOTV events, relational GOTV campaigns, canvassing, phone-banking, and text-banking.

We’re on a mission to strengthen democracy by increasing high impact youth civic action and closing the gap between young people who want to take civic action and those who actually take action. TurnUp includes five integrated programs that work together to increase youth voter 
registration and turnout: the internship training program; online program; on campus and relational voter registration and turnout program; mobile app; and ideas incubator. Our goal is to increase youth voter registration and turnout, and build the most active, educated, organized, and powerful network of young progressive activists across the Nation

We're distributing health care and general progressive digital content now to educate and motivate health care voters through our own social media and a network of state-focused Facebook pages. Targeting health care voters in key Presidential battlegrounds, educating and activating on abortion and repro issues including IVF and contraception, access to health care, affordable prescription drugs. Reaching through our email list and organic and paid social media, nationally and in key states.

Sub-State CaPA Priority Geographies Engaged: In 2024 we were funded to do work in NV-01, NV-02, NV-03, NV-04 through CaPA, and on legislative advocacy work on a state level in CO IL PA (all congressional districts). We did unpaid work in all the congressionals in AZ FL GA MI PA NC WI as well. In 2025 we’re interested in doing accountability work around health care in all the targeted congressional swing districts, as well as state level prescription drug cost work in MD MN NJ OR VA.
