The New York Immigration Coalition (c3)

Organization Description

The New York Immigration Coalition (NYIC) is a statewide, member-led coalition of over 200 immigrant and refugee organizations working to advance justice and opportunity for the four million immigrants in New York State. Together, we build and strengthen the power of immigrant communities by organizing, educating, and advocating for policies that transform lives. With members representing countries across Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia, Africa, the Middle East/North Africa, and Europe, and collectively speaking more than 65 languages, the NYIC has a long history of leading collaborative efforts that center immigrant voices and drive systemic change.

2026 Programs

In response to the heightened rhetoric and policy threats toward immigrants and refugees nationwide, the NYIC launched and expanded its Defend and Protect initiative, a statewide effort to safeguard immigrant communities, uphold civil rights, and ensure that New York remains a place of belonging and safety for all. Our key activities include expanding our Know Your Rights education sessions and legal clinics, conducting multilingual community training and civic engagement programming, championing state and local advocacy, and resource dissemination in collaboration with local partners. Through deep organizing and cross-movement partnerships, we are working to broaden our coalition and fortify our grassroots organizing.

2025 Programs

In 2025, during a period of escalating federal enforcement and the violent separating of families, the New York Immigration Coalition (NYIC) came together statewide to meet the needs of our communities. Through a multitude of resource fairs, community education and Know Your Rights workshops, and mobilizations, the NYIC and our member organizations served more than 2.5 million immigrant New Yorkers. In advancing key legislative and budget priorities at the state and local levels, we secured protections and delivered critical resources for immigrant communities and laid the groundwork for our 10-year Blueprint for Immigrant Justice.

2024 Programs

Statewide member-led coalition of immigrant and refugee organizations will provide community-based groups with funding, training and technical support to register immigrant and historically disenfranchised women and families.

Arizona Asian American Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander for Equity (c3)

Organization Description

Arizona Asian American Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander for Equity (AZ AANHPI for Equity) is a state-wide organization striving for equity and justice by building power through community directed organizing, increasing civic engagement, and empowering young leaders. We envision an Asian American Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) community that is working together to shape its future as a part of the broader racial justice movement and advance our community towards a common purpose of well-being for all. We are able to accomplish this by uniquely crafted events across all of our organizational departments including climate, youth, and more.

2026 Programs

Our climate team currently is prioritizing work efforts around clean and renewable energies, utility accountability, youth leadership through a climate lens, as well as climate policy and community engagement. We accomplish this through our EJ workshop series, town halls, youth climate camp, coalition partnerships, and more. One of our largest coalition goals is working towards having a state wide heat standards set in place through the Governor to protect workers from heat. 2025 Programs

Some of the many accomplishments in the year 2025 included hosting over 10 events in the year and were able to incorporate KYR (know your rights) elements into our EJ workshop summer series due to an increase in immigration concerns, and our joint Earth Day event reached 300 people. We also hired a new Climate Resilience Organizer and our Climate Coordinator transitioned into a Climate Policy Fellow position, helping us expand our policy and data center focus for 2026. Another key achievement is we had in person presence in Brazil for United Nations COP30 and The Peoples Summit.

Increasing Asian American Native Hawaiin and Pacific Islander representation through in-person canvassing (and sub-granting to partner organizations for canvassing programs), youth fellowships, volunteer-led relational organizing, digital ads, ethnic media, and text and phone banking.

New York Civic Engagement Table (c3)

Organization Description

The New York Civic Engagement Table (NYCET) is committed to supporting the organizing efforts of more than 70 motivated partner organizations in order to bring our state closer to realizing a vibrant, multiracial democracy. In the last 15 years, NYCET and its partners have built a base of 2.3 million people by integrating civic engagement into year-round issue campaigns and direct service provisioning. As a Table, we support the organizing efforts of our partners to build movements that center communities of color, immigrants, poor, and working people. NYCET is a member of the State Voices Affiliated Network.

2026 Programs

At a time of rising authoritarianism, ensuring every New Yorker can participate in our elections is more critical than ever. The stakes are enormous: In 2026, we’ll choose not only our next governor but also a large and highly influential congressional delegation that shapes federal policy. NYCET is fundraising to support a statewide nonpartisan voter engagement program in 2026 focused on mobilizing low propensity voters, with emphasis on reaching BIPOC, youth, and low-income voters in the Hudson Valley and Long Island.

2025 Programs

NYCET partners made more than 1.2 million attempts across New York in advance of the 2025 General Election, 90% of them to low-to-mid propensity voters. Our partners were able to successfully reach voters because they're trusted messengers in their communities. In door-to-door conversations, the average contact rate was 28% – significantly higher than the average 10-15%. And when they contacted voters, they were able to move voters to action and collect commitments to vote. About 70% of voters NYCET partners spoke to committed to voting.

2024 Programs

Since the summer of 2023, NYCET has been coordinating nonpartisan field programs across the state focused on reaching BIPOC, youth, and low-mid propensity voters in advance of the 2024 General Election. Through this effort, partners have made more than 151,600 attempts including knocking on 31,155 doors.

Mission

The New York Civic Engagement Table (NYCET) builds power with communities of color, immigrants, poor, and working people to tackle racial and economic inequality in New York. Collaborating with a diverse group of social justice and service-based organizations, we produce lifelong voters, develop leaders, and win concrete changes in people’s lives. NYCET fosters a culture of innovation and creativity by piloting and implementing tools, tactics, and organizing strategies. Through our seamless and continuous coordination of electoral, base-building, issue advocacy, and mass engagement strategies, we work to create a better democracy.

CIRC Action Fund (c4/PAC)

Organization Description

CIRC Action Fund (501(c)4) was established in 2012 to build a strong and thriving Colorado where all residents are treated with dignity and respect, have equal access to a fair quality of life, and the opportunity to live united with family. Our mission compels us to elect and protect candidates with a history of championing immigrant rights issues and to mobilize an electorate of People of Color and New Americans that reflects the populations where we work.

2026 Programs

In 2026, CIRC Action Fund is planning to lead a nonpartisan and partisan voter engagement program in Congressional District 8, one of the most competitive districts in the state. At the state level, we are looking at the Governor and Attorney General races (to be confirmed). Additionally, our focus will continue to be on maintaining and expanding pro-immigrant majorities in the State Senate and House. We will target low-propensity BIPOC voters through door knocking, texts, mailers, and ads.

2025 Programs

In 2025, our goal was to mobilize voters in Colorado’s Congressional District 8 (CD-08) to support pro-immigrant candidates and policies through targeted, community-driven campaigns. We focused on municipal elections in Adams County, specifically in Westminster, Aurora, Greeley, and Commerce City – all overlap with CD8 – to lay the groundwork for stronger turnout in 2026. By connecting local issues to immigrant rights and building relationships through trusted community networks, we prepared the foundation for large-scale mobilization this year. We knocked on close to 5,000 doors and seven of our local endorsed candidates won their races.

In 2024, CIRC Action Fund is planning to lead a nonpartisan and partisan electoral program in Congressional District 8 and Congressional District 3, primarily in Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, El Paso, Jefferson, and Pueblo counties. We will target low-propensity BIPOC voters through door knocking, texts, and mailers.

Organization Description

Community Organizing Alliance (COA) is a social justice, civic engagement organization which educates, empowers and engages young people centering Black and immigrant voices.

2025 Programs

In 2024, we recruited over 30 student and youth volunteers, knocked on 2,000 doors, and made over 6,000 calls statewide. In 2025, we will focus on base and coalition building by:
1) Investing in Year-Round Member Engagement: Strengthening trust through 1:1 check-ins, active listening, and issue-based organizing.
2) Empowering Communities: Equipping immigrant organizations and allies with tools to mobilize their members.
3) Foster a Unified Front: Develop a shared vision and strategy that aligns our efforts across communities.

2024 Programs

COA will work with volunteers to host voter registration efforts in our community before transitioning our efforts to turning voters out this fall. We will also provide accessible election information to voters and identify and meet the language and transportation needs of the immigrant community on Election Day.

Asian Americans United (c3)

Organization Description

Since 1985, Asian Americans United exists so that people of Asian ancestry in Philadelphia exercise leadership to build their communities and unite to challenge oppression. From our beginning, AAU has had a particular focus on youth so that young people in our communities are supported to become individually, socially, and politically aware; to exercise their voice; and to participate in active struggles for justice. Through this work, we create generations of leaders who sustain, fight for, and give back to our communities.

2026 Programs

This is a critical year for AAPI voter turnout in a typically lower-visibility election year. We focus on Limited English Proficiency (LEP) voters as a critical population to increase immigrant representation in government and civic life. Through multilingual outreach and culturally competent approaches, our GOTV efforts increase AAPI vote share. We help create new voters through our citizenship clinics and voter registration program. in conjunction with voter engagement, we conduct immigration rapid response and case work. Our narrative change work connects the importance of voting to the attacks on immigrants to mobilize more voters.

2025 Programs

Even in an election “off-year,” we engaged Limited English Proficiency voters; coordinated voter registration and GOTV operations for municipal and statewide elections; supported immigrant rights in a critical time under the Trump Administration; and enforced federal language access requirements. Our phonebanking, textbanking, and doorknocking reached thousands of voters and developed leadership among Chinese-speaking immigrant youth. We assisted elderly immigrants to naturalize as U.S. citizens and fought deportations and ICE detentions with legal aid. We hosted a candidate forum for judicial and district attorney candidates, and conducted voter outreach through ethnic media on multiple platforms.

2024 Programs

Asian Americans United's (AAU) Chinatown Vote Program registers new voters from Asian communities in Philadelphia. AAU assists immigrant and non-English proficient voters with registration and at the polls, conducts doorknocking, voter engagement events, phonebanking, textbanking, advertising on WeChat, and integrates voter registration with other civic campaigns.

New PA Project Education Fund (c3)

Organization Description

The New PA Project Education Fund (NPPEF) is a non-partisan organization led by community leaders across the Commonwealth dedicated to centering underrepresented and underserved communities to embrace their power. NPPEF ensures full participation in the democratic process through civic education and year-round engagement by centering Black, Indigenous, and other people of color, those who are justice impacted, immigrant communities and the youth (under 35) - with intention - as they are the least represented and most impacted by decisions our government is making.

2026 Programs

NPPEF will focus on year-round non-partisan voter registration, civic education and engagement, and mobilization while protecting and expanding voting rights in the Commonwealth. NPPEF will host non-partisan community events and engage in issue advocacy centered on the judiciary, raising the minimum wage, environmental/climate justice, and building a more representative democracy. NPPEF’s lobbying efforts will codify voting rights for those who are justice impacted, advance a state Voting Rights Act, advance same-day voter registration and true early voting on machines, and oppose restrictive voter ID laws. NPPEF will run a non-partisan Get-Out-The-Vote program for the May primary election.

2025 Programs

Assisted 8,014 Pennsylvanians in registering to vote. Total Black, Indigenous, and other people of color voters registered (self-identified): 71.6%. Through the Why Courts Matter PA program, hosted 18 “Why Courts and Judicial Elections Matter” presentations and traveled across PA as a part of the “Why Courts Matter Roadshow”. Organized over 200 virtual and in-person community engagement events. Engaged students on college campuses and universities across the Commonwealth. Ran a non-partisan Get-Out-The-Vote (GOTV) door-knocking program for the 2025 May Primary Election. Knocked on 10,644 doors between May 9-20th, 2025 - 10% contact rate.

Their focus areas include voting rights, gun violence, abortion access, and environmental justice. Digital engagement will include “Slingshot The Podcast”, e-blasts, and social media. NPP will run a Get-Out-The-Vote program for the November general election.

2025 Programs

Launched “Slingshot The Podcast” in March with biweekly episodes. Digital engagement (biweekly e-Blasts and social media). Hosted 39 “Why Courts and Judicial Elections Matter” presentations and traveled across PA as a part of the “Why Courts Matter Roadshow”. Hosted more than 50 events providing education about the state judiciary, voting rights, and democracy issues. Mobilized voters to the polls during the two-week independent expenditure Get-Out-the-Vote program for the November general election. More than 15,000 doors knocked - 15.53% contact rate. Staff encouraged voters to vote YES on judicial retention at precincts on E-day.

2025 Programs

Make the Road Action in Nevada (MRA-NV) will continue to build grassroots political power by engaging working-class and immigrant communities in voter education, mobilization, and issue advocacy. Through year-round organizing, member leadership development, and robust electoral programs, we will ensure our communities influence elections and policy decisions. We will expand our reach in rural areas, strengthen relational organizing, and drive legislative advocacy to protect immigrant rights, economic justice, and democracy in Nevada.

Amazon Employees for Climate Justice (c3)

Organization Description

Amazon Employees for Climate Justice (AECJ) is a member-led organization of Amazon tech workers that uses our leverage as a highly valued workforce to pressure Amazon’s leadership to change course on environmental and climate justice. We are fighting for a world with a stable climate and thriving ecosystems, where corporations can no longer externalize impacts to our planet and communities, and workers hold collective decision-making power as a key part of healthier democratic systems. Since our launch in 2018, AECJ has consistently held Amazon accountable and won major climate victories, with our work featured in hundreds of press stories.

2025 Programs

AECJ’s Collective Watchdog Program works to daylight Amazon’s greenwashing and highlight tech workers’ stories and critiques to counter Amazon’s PR, in order to keep public and employee focus on the company’s climate and workers’ rights record. We also build cross-class solidarity with logistics workers, and support tech workers in collaborating with and augmenting the work of community-based groups on the frontlines of data center expansion. Meanwhile, our Strategic Organizing Program is building a durable worker-led organization by blending grassroots campaign techniques with labor organizing strategies. Currently, our work is centered around the theme of a “Workers’ Vision for AI.”

Smart Development is a community-driven organization dedicated to advancing equity and opportunity for Newcomers across Northeast Ohio. We empower Newcomer individuals and families through education, workforce development, civic engagement, and supportive social services that build self-sufficiency and long-term success. 2025 Programs

Smart Development will continue serving Newcomers through comprehensive programs that promote stability, opportunity, and community connection. Core services include workforce development, housing support, health and social service navigation, and basic needs coordination. We will expand advocacy and nonpartisan voter education efforts by strengthening civic engagement and voter education, empowering Newcomers to participate in local and national decision-making and for voter-eligible Newcomers, to GOTV. We will host workshops, table at events, create content centering first time Immigrant voters, and other services centering impacts of federal, state, and local policy and equip Newcomers with tools to self-advocate.

Progressive Leadership Alliance of Nevada (c3)

Organization Description

The Progressive Leadership Alliance of Nevada was founded in 1994 to build a more fair and just Nevada that puts people and planet first. We organize with front line communities and directly impacted leaders to win community investments and policy changes that improve people’s lives. In 2004, PLAN founded the Nevada Immigrant Coalition. Our coalition members lobby locally and federally to stop anti-immigrant legislation from passing. More recently, with an immigrant-friendly trifecta in the Nevada legislature, we were able to be on the offensive and pass a series of bills that support immigrant families and students.

Cleveland Jobs with Justice (c3)

Organization Description

We are a coalition of labor, faith, and community organizations joining together to protect workers' rights and immigrants' rights in Northeast Ohio, through collective action. Our primary focus is on protecting vulnerable workers who are being exploited by management. We do this because of the cohesiveness of CLEJWJ, we can expand easily to meet the increasing needs of the community. We are constantly successfully recruiting new members (individuals and organizations) through our campaigns, which are led by those very individuals who are affected by the projects we organize.

2025 Programs

Beginning in 2011, Cleveland Jobs with Justice has long made immigration one of our priority campaigns, with an active committee, now the Immigration Working Group CLE (IWGCLE). We continue working to respond to this administration's assault on the undocumented community across the US and Northeast Ohio while evolving and changing to respond to the national level's developing crisis. We have restarted Immigration Court Monitoring to provide the community and decision makers with essential information not available elsewhere. We are also engaging organized labor and worker justice groups in the fight for reproductive rights for women.

Our civic engagement programming catalyzes immigrant communities to shape pro-immigrant policies at the local, state, and federal level. Organization Description

At the Advocacy Institute, our mission is to support social justice organizations to build the advocacy skills, knowledge, and power they need to shape government policy for a more just and equitable New York. Currently, the New Yorkers who are most affected by injustice have little say in our state and local policies. We provide trainings, tools, and consulting to a myriad of organizations so that more New Yorkers can organize effectively to change the policies that affect them.

2025 Programs

We will continue to train individuals at social justice organizations throughout New York State on the nuts and bolts of state- and local-level legislative advocacy. We will also serve nearly 60-70 social justice organizations through our membership model, providing 1-on-1 legislative consulting to help our member organizations refine and reach their campaign goals and build on what they learn in our trainings in a longer-term way. Finally, we will offer an intensive leadership development program that aims to build the leadership of women of color in legislative advocacy in New York.

In 2025, Vermont Interfaith Action will expand organizing around affordable housing, emergency shelter coordination, and immigrant justice — responding to alarming enforcement actions and policies harming our communities. We will defend democracy, resist the rise of white Christian nationalism, and mobilize people of faith to uphold equity, dignity, and inclusion. Our multifaith network will engage in climate advocacy through events like Faith Climate Action Day and support bold legislation such as the Climate Superfund Act. VIA will continue pursuing corrections reform through harm-reduction policies and sentencing review, while equipping grassroots leaders to drive systemic change across Vermont.

Organization Description

Red2Blue is an all-volunteer organization seeking to help elect Democrats in swing states, principally at the state and local levels. Though we have worked in several states, our main focus has been Pennsylvania in even-numbered years and Virginia in odd-numbered ones. Our principal activities have been phone banking, letter writing, canvassing, and candidate research and recruitment; we also have a Writers Group that turns out articles, candidate profiles, opposition research, and similar documents helpful to campaigns.

2025 Programs

We're working closely with Virginia's Rural GroundGame to recruit and support Democrats in historically red counties in Virginia (this year, for the first time, Democrats are contesting all 100 state senate seats—a tremendous step forward), and we're phoning and writing cards and letters both to combat disinformation and to support candidates. We're also canvassing for Democrats at the local level in New York, in preparation for next year's midterms.

2024 Programs

Throughout the 2024 election cycle, volunteers will call newly registered and low-propensity Democrats in Pennsylvania to ensure they are correctly registered and vote; we will canvass, call, text, and postcard to turn out voters in competitive Pennsylvania and New York districts. Postcarding to build voter registration in Arizona will continue.

Mission

Red2Blue mobilizes volunteers to support community-based campaigns to elect Democrats to state and local offices, especially state legislatures. We prioritize candidates from groups that have been historically underrepresented in government to make progress towards a just and equitable society.

2025 Programs

We plan to engage in membership protection. We aim to safeguard our members by providing resources such as the 24-hour hotline which will be for members being targeted by ICE, Know Your Rights training to inform our members of their constitutional rights when approached by ICE, and our Narrative Change work where we will highlight and personify immigrant stories to fight the damaging narrative being spread by main-stream media. Additionally, we will run a non-partisan deep canvassing program to have one-on-one conversations with working class immigrants, and properly understand the elections results while educating them on legislative matters.

2024 Programs

CASA’s voter registration is primarily site-based, with our field team of canvassers engaging with the community at public locations amenable to registering our target voters, such as shops, groceries, places of worship, etc. Our canvass team are at least trilingual, comprising a mix of team members who speak English, Spanish, and French.

Organization Description

GALEO is a nonprofit organization based in Atlanta, Georgia, founded in 2003. GALEO strives for a better Georgia where the Latinx community is engaged civically. We will also run 24 Know Your Rights and/or Community Town Halls to educate and engage our community. We will host a monthly podcast to reach Latinos throughout the state, so they are fully informed.
Leadership Development: Our GIL program’s popularity has increased exponentially since the 2024 Presidential Election. During the next two years, we will accommodate the increased demand in our traditional program and expand our “El Pueblos Unido” civic engagement program.

GALEO is involved in increasing civic participation of the Latinx community and developing prominent Latinx leaders throughout Georgia. Additionally, we will build up the audience in the revamped podcast to include 300 views and social media following. We are focusing on KYR, Immigration, Executive Orders, potential legislation that can impact our community, and leadership in the podcast to continue to educate and empower our community. Our podcast provides access to our community to subject matter experts and legislators who directly impact their lives.

Orange County Environmental Justice (c3)

Organization Description

OCEJ is a fiscally sponsored project of OneOC and our mission is to advance environmental justice in the ancestral lands of the Acjachemen and Tongva Nations, now known as Orange County. Our goals include building a grassroots movement by training resident leaders, especially youth; expanding an engaged base of voters and activists; and forming coalitions with diverse community stakeholders. We aim to improve environmental quality in underserved communities by addressing issues like lead contamination in Santa Ana, soil and blood lead levels in residents, water quality in communities of color across OC, and the protection of local Indigenous sacred sites.

As a fiscal project of OneOC, OCEJ’s 2025 programs will build off of the momentum of our past year’s accomplishments to expand our work across the region and create new coalitions to advance environmental justice in Orange County. Our priorities for this year include:
1) Expanding access to soil, water, and air testing in residential communities across Orange County;
2) building support networks so communities can collectively respond to natural disasters and other emergencies; and finally, building leadership among Orange County low-income youth of color through our Defending the Sacred internship and summer organizing academy.

Organization Description

Asian Texans for Justice (ATJ) is a statewide, 501(c)(3) organization that serves more than 1.9 million Asian American and Pacific Islanders (AAPIs) in Texas. ATJ envisions a future where all people feel bold in their belonging. Our mission is to connect Asian Texans to meaningful civic action to build personal and political power. Texas is home to the third largest and fastest growing Asian American population in the country.

2025 Programs

For 2025, Asian Texans for Justice will focus on advocacy, youth leadership development, and civic engagement. We will prioritize state policy advocacy to protect AAPI rights, combat xenophobic laws, and expand language access and voting rights. Through advocacy days, coalition work, and in-language resources, we will engage and mobilize AAPI communities. Following session, we will host our Civic Engagement Fellowship to train young AAPI leaders in policy and organizing. We will also support voter registration, education, and turnout efforts through subgrants and partnerships, aiming to empower AAPI Texans to participate in democracy and shape policy.

Organization Description

Rise AAPI is a state-wide 501(c)(4) organization strengthening progressive power at all levels of government. Our mission is to win lasting power and policy change that benefits all. 2025 Programs

Rise AAPI will focus on three areas: advocacy, candidate leadership development, and civic engagement. In the first half of the grant period, we will prioritize state policy advocacy to protect AAPI rights and combat xenophobic legislation like anti-alien land laws. This includes advocacy days at the Texas Capitol, coalition work, and in-language education materials. After session, we will launch a candidate leadership development program to train future AAPI candidates on civic engagement, policy, and community organizing. Throughout the grant period, we will also lead voter registration, education, and turnout efforts in high-density AAPI communities across Texas.

Poder Latinx is strategically positioned to empower the Latinx community, fostering a resilient progressive voting bloc through our Integrated Voter Engagement (IVE) framework. This model is grounded in six pillars: recruiting community members, fostering professional and leadership growth, executing comprehensive voter engagement throughout the electoral cycle, refining Latinx voter databases, achieving issue-based victories, and pioneering narrative and cultural shifts.

2024 Programs

Poder Latinx targets 57,000 new and low-propensity Latinx voters through a canvassing program including door knocks, calls, and texts. Our leadership development program focuses on cultivating 25 new Latina leaders and our community organizing aims to expand our base by 5,200 members.

Poder Latinx is a civic and social justice organization. Our vision is to build political power for the Latinx community to become decision-makers in our country’s democracy and win on economic, immigrant, and environmental issues. Our mission is to build a sustained voting bloc of Latinxs in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Texas, and Washington. Organization Description

Our mission is to:
Build an intergenerational community of leaders who work together to increase the civic knowledge and participation of the Latine community in North Carolina.
Create a collective agenda that is pro-Black, pro-immigrant, pro-LGBTQ, and pro-reproductive justice.
Work with our base of leaders to generate organic, bilingual content that educates community members and empowers them with the skills and knowledge they need to take action through advocacy and civic engagement.

2025 Programs

Our goal is to empower and mobilize voters to participate in the democratic process. Core 2025 programming includes:
Digital organizing - maintain and expand our digital presence, ensuring that our message reaches a broader audience across various online platforms.
On the ground field plan - to register new voters, ensuring that more voices are heard in the electoral process. Our field teams will engage directly with communities to identify the critical issues that matter most to voters, facilitating a deeper understanding of their needs and concerns.

La Fuerza will educate, engage and get Latine voters to the polls by expanding canvassing efforts, creating and disseminating Spanish-language voter guides to ensure that all Latine voters have access to crucial election information in their language, and by spearheading poll protection initiatives to combat voter intimidation.

La Fuerza NC - founded in 2022, La Fuerza is a 501(c)(4) organization in North Carolina that is building collective power through leadership development and organizing. Our state is home to a growing Latinx community: almost one million strong! We focus on educating all Latinx community members in our networks, building relationships with intention, engaging communities in political education, and inspiring community members to get involved in the political process. Aliento Education Fund (c3)

2025 Programs

Aliento will develop content to strengthen connections between school districts, families, and students. For example, Aliento organized large-scale mobilization efforts at Arizona State University, bringing 1,000 students in solidarity with DREAMers facing targeted opposition. Advocacy efforts focus on protecting legal and educational rights, including Plyler v. Doe and Proposition 308, which grants in-state tuition to DREAMers. Aliento will continue to implement Know Your Rights (KYR) trainings, college readiness workshops, and arts and healing workshops.

2024 Programs

Aliento targets young people (18-35), Latinxs, and immigrant supporters through phone banking, canvassing, relational organizing, and social media and digital ads. Through storytelling, Aliento educates on the importance of voting, candidate knowledge, and stances on immigration issues. Aliento incorporates personal narratives and economic data to engage low-propensity and disenfranchised voters.

Mission

Aliento serves undocumented, DACA, and mixed immigration status families to transform trauma into hope and action. We are youth-led and directly impacted people and allies who are invested in the well-being, emotional healing, and leadership development of those impacted by the inequities of lacking an immigration status.

In 2025, our API community faces challenges at local, state, and federal levels. We will focus on member recruitment, research, education, leadership development, and federal defense. Our efforts include community organizing, voter engagement, and coalition work, especially against anti-immigrant sentiment. We'll create an Asian American Environmental Justice Agenda and continue developing leaders through the SEED Fellowship and Unity Grants. To strengthen federal defense, we'll hire a Statewide Community Defense Organizer and leverage our Power Caucus.

API PA is Pennsylvania’s first and only statewide 501(c)(4) organization dedicated to empowering Asian Americans. We build long-term political power by holding elected officials accountable, engaging in culturally competent voter outreach, and fostering solidarity with other communities of color. Serving over 251,000 eligible Asian voters in PA, we address low registration and language barriers, with 78% speaking a language other than English. We combat misinformation and provide multilingual education, ensuring our API communities access critical resources like healthcare and safe spaces for cultural and political expression. Together, we amplify our Asian American voices in PA.

One Fair Wage Action Inc (c4)

After the 2024 election, Democrats have committed to working on wage increases and ending subminimum wages. In 2025, we’re seeing momentum for policy changes in Illinois, Maryland, New York, Ohio, Arizona, and California. One Fair Wage Action will support legislative campaigns in IL, MD, and NY, while in OH, AZ, and CA, we’ll push for ballot measures, mobilizing workers to gather signatures and engage voters.

Led by women of color, One Fair Wage Action is collecting voter registrations while gathering signatures for a minimum wage ballot measure. They mobilize workers, employers, and consumers nationwide to enhance wages and working conditions in the service sector, aiming to abolish all subminimum wages in the United States.

Mission

One Fair Wage Action is a national organization seeking to raise wages, improve working conditions, and build power for workers in the service sector, and end all subminimum wages in the United States. In particular, we organize service workers to lead legislation and ballot measure campaigns to raise wages in their industry, and also engage them in large-scale peer-to-peer voter engagement programs to support these wage increases and candidates who support them, driving change from the ground up.

In 2025, our organization will be shifting strategies to put more focus on our community through grassroots base-building. We aim to narrow in on who our diverse community members are, and what moves them, primarily through the following activities: deep canvassing, focus groups and ethnographic interviews, and potentially moving to a membership model. Our 2024 program energizes voters through Rock The Vote showcases, pop-up polling concerts, urban campaign videos, and radio campaigns. We’re a community based nonprofit radio station who mission is to address all community needs. This is what we have done since our existence on internet station 1690am The One (2009) and terrestrial station 95.7fm The Boss (2014) respectfully. Omaha Community Broadcasting (OCB) created a “Community Access Radio” programming format to inform, cultivate, educate and broadcasts local shows that are comprised of individuals, health organizations, non-profits, businesses, ministries, culture, politics and eduction. We created localism by featuring community-based artists and talk shows that addressed critical topics that bridge our diverse perspectives and ideas.

The APA VOICE Campus Program will move Asian-American college communities in Long Island and upstate New York. Young Democrats of Nevada (PAC)

Registering young Nevadans to vote by holding voter registration drives on high school and college campuses, hosting forums and events in areas with historically low turnout, doors, phones and training volunteers.

Mission

The Young Democrats of Nevada consist of a coalition of young people (aged 14-35) within the State of Nevada, who are focused on ensuring the Democratic ideals that this country was founded on: Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness are held to their highest integrity. As the future of Nevada, we shall pursue these ideals through support and growth of the Democratic Party, its candidates and the promotion of active engagement of the youth of the State of Nevada.
