Priority Issues: We focus on organizing youth around issues pertaining to the climate emergency. Central to our voter engagement approach is ongoing, consistent civic organizing and engagement with young people in order to ensure the highest impact on registration and turnout during both national and local election cycles. Our state-based field canvass operations leverage evolving talking point strategies that shift from a voter registration focus to turnout and then onto broader election awareness education. For example, our paid canvass voter registration program in Wisconsin this spring was focused on registering new young voters and turning them out for the state Supreme Court race—canvassers included educational messaging about why civic engagement in down-ballot, off-cycle elections is important. We then convert our voter registration operations into voter turnout messaging. At the same time, our digital voter engagement strategies use creative marketing tactics to drive conversions—leveraging issue organizing and online trends to attract folks who are not easily engaged through basic voter registration messaging. At ACE, we also know that the environment and climate change are top issues driving young people to the polls. As such, our year-round youth organizing and power-building focuses on engaging young people in climate action opportunities that build this civic muscle. In fact, this fall ACE ran a pre-2024 Election Youth Survey with our research partners at CIRCLE at Tufts University to poll eligible youth voters, revealing key findings that include: The youth vote has the potential to be a powerful force in 2024: 57 percent of youth polled expressed that they are “extremely likely” to vote in 2024 and another 16 percent say they are “fairly likely,”—meaning 2024 could elicit the highest youth voter turnout in recent history. Concern for climate drives voting: Climate was identified as a top three voting issue among youth—and those who selected climate as a top issue were 20 points more likely to say they’ll vote in 2024. Engaging our nation’s youngest citizens is critical for building lifelong voting habits: We know from prior research that voting is a “sticky habit,” and this poll underscores that finding—with 86 percent of young people who voted in 2022 reporting that they are “extremely likely” to vote again in 2024. Many youth—particularly marginalized youth—feel unprepared to vote: Less than 1 in 5 young people have heard about politics and issues this year from organizations like ACE (14 percent). Black youth, young People of Color in rural communities, and young people without a college degree are receiving even less information—and simultaneously report that they are less likely to vote. This year our key issue advocacy areas of focus for this work include: stopping new fossil fuel industry expansion (particularly in the Midwest, Ohio River Valley, and Gulf South); softening the ground for clean energy permitting locally to seize siting opportunities via federal climate investments like the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA); accelerating IRA implementation and popularizing its benefits with consumers; and putting pressure on elected officials to advance policies and regulations that protect the environment and surrounding communities including fracking regulatory reforms in Pennsylvania. Further, fossil fuel corporations are currently outspending the clean energy sector 13 to 1 in political contributions. It’s clear the fossil fuel lobby has a stranglehold on U.S. politics and is successfully manipulating our political system to its benefit. However, we also know that an achievable increase of just a few percentage points in youth turnout in local elections can have a major impact on state Supreme Courts, City Councils, County Commissioners, Port Commission seats, and Public Utility Commission elections—all of which have the power to decide the fate of fossil fuel and renewable energy projects. ACE mobilizes young voters around these local, down-ballot elections—so far this year, we registered and turned out young voters in the lead-up to key local races in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, and educated our network in Ohio on the Issue 1 special election that had a pivotal impact on democracy in the state. Both ACE and CEA focus on organizing youth around issues pertaining to the climate emergency. Action Together NEPA will focus on advocacy and accountability in 2025, while growing our base to match the needs of the current climate. Our goal is to double our base to meet the moment, increasing our work protecting those most harmed, and fighting for public education, LGBTQ+ rights, and economic prosperity, including increasing PA’s minimum wage. We will expand trainings and educational programs, endorse in key races, and run critical PA Supreme Court retention campaigns.

This campaign focuses on office holders for President, U.S. Senate, and U.S. House of Representatives. Battleground New York (BGNY) is an unprecedented coalition uniting many of New York's leading organizations, unions, and movements for a common cause- taking back the House and making Rep.Hakeem Jeffries Speaker. We are launching the largest field and organizing campaign in the state's modern history to reach New Yorkers at their doorsteps, on their phones, and in their neighborhoods.

BMVH has partnered with Bethlehem NY Indivisible to form WeGOTV.NY. Since 2020 we have written 70,000 letters to swing states and thousands of postcards to voters to get out the vote. We engage our supporters through bi-monthly writing parties, home parties, and a network of letter distribution locations throughout the Albany capital district.
We meet weekly to educate ourselves and organize actions to affect change in our communities, state, and nation. We evaluate and support candidates who align with our values. Latinx-led Casa Azul de Wilson has gained our community’s trust through direct service programs such as college advising and financial relief for farmworkers. We have done Latinx community voter registration for the past four years and are the experts of our community to do this work.
Casa Azul de Wilson provides a homebase for Wilson’s Latinx families to feel valued so that they may own their power and ascend in their educational, leadership and civic pursuits. Our 2025 timeline includes leadership gatherings, co-lead recruitment, and trial canvassing in early months. We’ll launch monthly canvassing, recruit organizers, and release a 2024 impact evaluation. Beyond March, we’ll sustain canvassing, strengthen partnerships, and prepare for the 2026 midterms. Insights from 2024 data will shape further efforts.
This year we will recruit and train hundreds of volunteers to have thousands of deep canvassing conversations with unlikely voters who are opposed to Trumpism and motivated by the promise of democracy. We will engage people that traditional methods are largely unsuccessful in moving, and help flip the state of Pennsylvania.

Chispa AZ PAC is running a strategic and robust statewide campaign focused on the Arizona State Legislature, Arizona Corporation Commission, and board of county supervisors, targeting New American and climate voters through investing in a field program (250k doors), a bilingual digital campaign, radio ads, billboards, and earned media.
Chispa Arizona is organizing within our Latinx communities to grow political power and civic engagement for environmental justice in Arizona, as a program of the League of Conservation Voters. We build the capacity of Latinx families to influence policymakers and pressure polluters to protect communities’ rights to clean air and water, healthy neighborhoods, and a safe climate for generations to come. We are growing the infrastructure and leadership necessary for Latinx families to hold polluters and decision-makers accountable, demanding environmental justice and equity for our communities.
Our top priorities for 2025 are focused on local elections that disproportionately impact immigrant communities through city and county policies. We are specifically looking at the Aurora City Council, which is the origin of rumors that brought hateful rhetoric and then-candidate Trump himself to Aurora. We would also like to build upon our voter engagement efforts in Thornton, Commerce City, and Westminster (CD 08 overlap) from 2021 and 2023. In 2026, our top priority is CD 08 with a focus on engaging voters on the issue of immigration.
In 2024, CIRC Action Fund is planning to lead a nonpartisan and partisan electoral program in Congressional District 8 and Congressional District 3, primarily in Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, El Paso, Jefferson, and Pueblo counties. We will target low-propensity BIPOC voters through door knocking, texts, and mailers.

Priority Issues: We focus on organizing youth around issues pertaining to the climate emergency. Central to our voter engagement approach is ongoing, consistent civic organizing and engagement with young people in order to ensure the highest impact on registration and turnout during both national and local election cycles. Our state-based field canvass operations leverage evolving talking point strategies that shift from a voter registration focus to turnout and then onto broader election awareness education. For example, our paid canvass voter registration program in Wisconsin last spring was focused on registering new young voters and turning them out for the state Supreme Court race—canvassers included educational messaging about why civic engagement in down-ballot, off-cycle elections is important. We then convert our voter registration operations into voter turnout messaging. At the same time, our digital voter engagement strategies use creative marketing tactics to drive conversions—leveraging issue organizing and online trends to attract folks who are not easily engaged through basic voter registration messaging. , , At ACE and CEA, we also know that the environment and climate change are top issues driving young people to the polls. As such, our year-round youth organizing and power-building focuses on engaging young people in climate action opportunities that build this civic muscle. In fact, this fall ACE ran a pre-2024 Election Youth Survey (https://circle.tufts.edu/latest-research/youth-concern-about-climate-change-drives-civic-engagement) with our research partners at CIRCLE at Tufts University to poll eligible youth voters, revealing key findings that include: , - The youth vote has the potential to be a powerful force in 2024: 57 percent of youth polled expressed that they are “extremely likely” to vote in 2024 and another 16 percent say they are “fairly likely,”—meaning 2024 could elicit the highest youth voter turnout in recent history., - Concern for climate drives voting: Climate was identified as a top three voting issue among youth—and those who selected climate as a top issue were 20 points more likely to say they’ll vote in 2024., - Engaging our nation’s youngest citizens is critical for building lifelong voting habits: We know from prior research that voting is a “sticky habit,” and this poll underscores that finding—with 86 percent of young people who voted in 2022 reporting that they are “extremely likely” to vote again in 2024., - Many youth—particularly marginalized youth—feel unprepared to vote: Less than 1 in 5 young people have heard about politics and issues this year from organizations like ACE (14 percent). Black youth, young People of Color in rural communities, and young people without a college degree are receiving even less information—and simultaneously report that they are less likely to vote. , , This year our key issue advocacy areas of focus for this work include: stopping new fossil fuel industry expansion (particularly in the Midwest, Ohio River Valley, and Gulf South); softening the ground for clean energy permitting locally to seize siting opportunities via federal climate investments like the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA); accelerating IRA implementation and popularizing its benefits with consumers; and putting pressure on elected officials to advance policies and regulations that protect the environment and surrounding communities including fracking regulatory reforms in Pennsylvania. , , Further, fossil fuel corporations are currently outspending the clean energy sector 13 to 1 in political contributions. It’s clear the fossil fuel lobby has a stranglehold on U.S. politics and is successfully manipulating our political system to its benefit. However, we also know that an achievable increase of just a few percentage points in youth turnout in local elections can have a major impact on state Supreme Courts, City Councils, County Commissioners, Port Commission seats, and Public Utility Commission elections—all of which have the power to decide the fate of fossil fuel and renewable energy projects. ACE mobilizes young voters around these local, down-ballot elections—so far this year, we registered and turned out young voters in the lead-up to key local races in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, and educated our network in Ohio on the Issue 1 special election that had a pivotal impact on democracy in the state.

In 2024, the Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition (CIRC) is planning to lead a nonpartisan and partisan electoral program in Congressional District 8 and Congressional District 3, primarily in Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, El Paso, Jefferson, and Pueblo counties. We will target low-propensity BIPOC voters through door knocking, texts, and mailers.

Common Cause (501c4) advocates and organizers work in 25 states to pass pro-democracy, pro-voter laws to make it easier to participate in our elections. We have lobbied for and won common sense solutions like expanding vote-by-mail, making ballots available in multiple languages, extending early voting periods, automatic voter registration, and much more. We are also a leading organization in the fight to end partisan gerrymanders and have won multiple campaigns to put redistricting power in the hands of the people, not partisan legislators.

Common Defense is uniting veterans across party lines to ensure Vice President Kamala Harris becomes the next President of the United States. This is the only veteran-led effort with a track record of reaching voters through high-impact grassroots organizing, earned media, and visibility actions. In the remaining phase of the election, Common Defense will target voters in five key states which will determine the White House and control of Congress and use our twelve organizing staff and our “Corps” of 670 existing trained in-state super-volunteers to mobilize military veterans to support the Democratic ticket using an array of tactics. Down Home North Carolina (DHNC) is a project to build a multiracial statewide organization of rural and small town communities that advocate for economic, gender, and racial justice. Floridians Protecting Freedom (FPF) is a statewide campaign of allied organizations and concerned citizens working together to limit government interference with abortion. We recognize that all Floridians deserve the freedom to make personal medical decisions, free of government intrusion. Our citizen-led ballot initiative, the “Amendment to Limit Government Interference with Abortion,” seeks to remove politicians from these decisions by creating a constitutional amendment that explicitly blocks the implementation of laws that prohibit, delay, or restrict abortion access.

It includes behavior models to predict where each individual stands on the issues/frames of the economy, housing, healthcare, climate, immigration, racial justice, and more. Forward Majority seeks to build durable Democratic power at the state legislative level in order to serve as a bulwark against threats to American democracy, drive progressive policy change, and to lift up state voices on issues like climate action and reproductive rights.
Priority Issues: We are issue agnostic and rely on polling, research, and partner information to determine issues but it seems likely we will be focused on reproductive health, education, and economy.

Our mission is to achieve social justice through the coupling of direct services with community organizing. Through leadership development, community mobilization, and advancing community control measures, we will bring about social, political, cultural, and economic change, resulting in the end of violence against women, gender-non-conforming folks, as well as youth within our communities.
Priority Issues: Freedom, Inc.’s (FI) Civic Engagement organizers and field team members are focused on advancing our organization’s Bodily Autonomy campaign. Our campaign is comprehensive in that it includes and fights for all of our diverse community members’ right to choose what is best for their own bodies and lives. This campaign will organize community members to address attacks on reproductive healthcare and abortion rights, anti-trans legislation, gender-affirming healthcare, affordable housing, childcare, safe education, and divestment from policing and militarization in order to invest in community centered programs and resources.
Our civic engagement program is built to speak to and address the concerns of Black voters, to message the power and effects of voting, as well as the risks of non-participation, and ultimately, to persuade and turn out Black voters in ways no other organization can.
Our 2024 plan involves running a ballot initiative focused on Housing Is A Human Right, initiating community conversations and surveys for our Defining Safety campaign and driving local engagement.

Priority Issues: The Muslim communities of Georgia are diverse and multifaceted; as such, they are impacted by a variety of issues. Through our Community Conversation program surveys (which are conducted at mosques around the state), we have found that the top issues most important to our communities include access to quality/affordable healthcare, quality/affordable education, gun control, and the economy. Other notable issues include immigration, climate change, and religious freedom. GAMVP believes in deep canvassing, so when our Field Organizers are out in the field registering new voter and talking to community members, they take their time to listen to community members needs and concerns and tailor their conversations to each individual community member and to whatever issues are most important to them. Our Field Organizers have been trained to have these conversations in a thoughtful and insightful manner. With the recent rise in Islamaphobia, our communities are also concerned about the targeting of our communities and safety. We often talk about this and note the importance of using our voices through our votes to make sure our interests are taken into account by our elected officials. Building civic power helps fight the hate our community experiences, and we uplift this in all our conversations.
In 2024, Georgia Shift will expand outreach to historically black colleges, and disenfranchised communities of color, advocate for voting rights, train poll workers, expand civic education initiatives, mobilize young voters ages 18-35, and engage in issue-based panels and community listening tours statewide.

We are targeting Catholics in MI, PA, WI with trainings, in-person & digital outreach and relational doors, calls, texts as well as digital ads and billboards. In these three states, Clinton lost the Catholic vote by 65-35. Biden made it closer to 50-50 which was the difference in the election.
To activate multi-issue Catholic voters and provide them—as well as candidates who are committed to the common good of lifting up the quality of life of all Americans—with the tools they need to be informed and to engage Catholic voters who are concerned about issues of social justice, immigration, climate change, and the scourge of White Christian Nationalism.

Ground Game Texas expands voter engagement through ballot initiatives, grassroots organizing, and policy advocacy, focusing on underrepresented communities. We mobilize young, BIPOC, and working-class Texans through year-round voter education, signature collection, and community-driven campaigns. Our hybrid model combines direct democracy efforts with deep organizing to drive progressive change at the local and state levels. By empowering new and infrequent voters, we are building long-term civic participation and advancing policies that reflect the will of Texans.
Ground Game Fund promotes democracy and social justice by engaging in community organizing and public education programs across Texas.

Priority Issues: Ground Game uses local issue-based ballot measure campaigns to engage voters. Our most successful issues to date have been economic justice and marijuana reform. We've used marijuana "decriminalization" measures as a way to engage young voters and Black voters in eight cities to date. In Hidalgo County, our 2022 c4 campaigns focused on a "Living Wage" for city workers in two towns; in the November 2022 CD15 election, we emphasized that Michelle Vallejo supports economic justice / fair wages. In 2024, our McAllen ballot measure campaign is focusing on campaign finance reform (anti-corruption, pro-democracy).

Aligned with our core value of climate and racial justice, HDC steps up to advocate within affordable housing buildings for ballot initiatives which further these aims. In 2024, HDC rallied the sector to oppose the harmful rollbacks of state climate policies (No on I-2117 & I-2066). HDC will continue to be outspoken, public-facing advocates for climate justice policies through town halls, press conferences, voter education, and flyering affordable housing residents.
The Housing Development Consortium of Seattle-King County (HDC) is the nonprofit membership association for the affordable housing operating, development, and service sector in King County. As a membership association, HDC is uniquely positioned to bring together nonprofit, government, business, and community around a shared vision, and our member-driven programs focus on the intersection of housing, environmental sustainability, equity, health, and education. The urgency of the affordable housing crisis is entangled with a growing climate crisis and the disturbing reality of persisting institutional and structural racism. The work of HDC and our members is squarely in the nexus of these three crises. Approaches that treat each issue in isolation are no longer enough, as these facets are fundamentally interdependent.
King County is experiencing explosive growth and unprecedented inequity in access to housing. We face an affordable housing shortfall of 156,000 homes today and a projected deficit of 244,000 homes by 2040. Closing that gap requires an additional 44,000 affordable homes every five years, and capital dollars currently available to King County’s affordable housing developers are nowhere near what is needed. Enveloping all of this is the climate crisis. In recognition of the issue’s urgency and the effects of the built environment, which generates nearly 50% of annual global CO2 emissions, Washington State’s Energy Code includes bold mandates for reducing net energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions by 2031. We also know that we must eliminate all CO2 emissions from the built environment by 2040 to meet 1.5°C climate targets.
Our climate work is driven by a bold vision for climate justice: to transform the affordable housing market by decarbonizing buildings. We know that affordable housing residents, as low-income and disproportionately BIPOC renters, bear the first and heaviest impacts. Through cross-sectoral coalitions, policy-making, pilot projects, and funding, we can secure a more just future.

Volunteer Community Outreach is our top priority. We volunteer to:
Provide services at Senior Centers (reception, luncheon, meals-on-wheels).
Attend local LGBTQ meetings, support their/our priorities and engage in their/our actions.
Assist our Latinx neighbors with transportation upon release from detention, for medical appointments, for visits to lawyers. We work to provide help for children whose parents are detained, and highlight education on rights and protections.
We engage in local government meetings–County Commissioners, School Boards, Senior Center Boards, Township Trustees, City Council.
We will engage in targeted voter outreach as the 2025 primary and general elections draw nearer.
We are volunteers dedicated to democracy in a deeply red, rural county. Goals: Contact like-minded and persuadable voters–empower them to vote. Reach voters via conversations at events and in public venues, canvass (“standard” and “deep”), promote our Talk Teams, distribute cards/pamphlets, text, engage through social media and billboards.
We are an all-volunteer group that came together in January 2019 with the goal of supporting the democratic principles of freedom, justice, equality, and inclusion. We are dedicated to promoting fairness in elections as well as educating and turning out voters so that all our voices can be heard.

Through Pride events, Juneteenth Celebrations, Disability Pride, and new voter registration and tabling opportunities throughout the region, we will build on ITTNEPA’s tremendous 2024 growth, forming new partnerships and community relationships. We will increase our election protection work, expanding into all 19 NEPA counties. This work will activate new volunteers and grow our capacity for monitoring at the county level.

Living United for Change in Arizona (LUCHA) organizes low- and moderate-income and minority families to take action on the issues most important to them and advance the cause of social and economic justice for all. Priority Issues: Last fall, Montana Conservation Voters launched a new approach to localize our communications about the positive impacts of federal legislation and policies. It involves mail, digital ads, and a follow-up survey canvass focused on conservation policy in the critical geographies of Yellowstone, Gallatin and Flathead Counties. The goal of this work is to build awareness of the positive impacts of key federal investments for Montana’s public lands, waters, and clean energy economy., , We have implemented this community localized communications strategy with assistance from Andrew Maxfield, an experienced polling and communications consultant. MCV and Maxfield have been working together to create a database of local images and messages to show the impact of conservation legislation on-the-ground. By reminding Montanans how national policies affect their local communities, our hope is to engage two psychological levers: personal relevance and place attachment. We also believe that localizing our messaging will generate word of mouth about the issue, helping preserve persuasion effects over time. Put simply, people care about what happens in their hometowns, and they talk about it. , , Our communications are focused on how bills like the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), the Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxins (PACT) Act, and the Great American Outdoors Act (GAOA) have impacted Montana communities with the goal of driving home the positive local impacts of these wins and connecting them to people’s lived experiences., , In-house, our Organizers produce localized mailers and accompanying digital ads educating the public on federal investments for Montanans. They have also hosted local events focused on public lands issues such as Senator Daines’ falsely named Montana Sportsmen Conservation Act and protecting the Smith River as well as defending the Montana Constitution, and educating people about clean energy. , , Our community localized communications will highlight legislation like the PACT Act and what the legislation means for Montana veterans. In advance of the 2024 election, we will tailor localized messaging to reach specific communities around our target geographies such as the Crow and Northern Cheyenne reservations around Billings and the Flathead Reservation near Kalispell. Our issue-based work will focus on critical federal infrastructure and clean energy investment opportunities while also partnering with Western Native Voice, an Indigenous led advocacy group, to find native social media influencers to help get out issue-based information., , Part of our work will mobilize young people who care about climate change and conservation issues. MCV has a state PAC and recently launched a new federal PAC to directly link Senator Tester’s leadership, conservation policies and their impacts on-the-ground. Additionally, NDWA will bolster worker protections, expand digital organizing, and enhance our rapid response networks.

The National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA) works for respect, recognition, and rights for the more than 2.2 million nannies, house cleaners, and home care workers who do the essential work of caring for our loved ones and our homes. Driven by domestic workers’ priorities, NDWA is working to catalyze a paradigm shift in the way domestic work is understood, valued, and compensated to ensure that these much-needed jobs are good jobs with dignity, economic security, and labor protections. In 2025 we are working to keep momentum from the 2024 General, engaging voters in the Lincoln and Omaha municipal elections, funding and supporting off-cycle relationship building in other communities. We are also anticipating fights against Winner-Take-All electoral voting and rights for transgender youth participating in sports and other activities. We will leverage the data we obtained about our universe through the 2024 ballot initiatives to re-engage voters who still care deeply about these issues.
We work collaboratively with members to conduct year-round civic engagement efforts. In 2024 we are supporting a collaborative VR/GOTV initiative of five Member orgs knocking doors to mobilize voters in low turnout neighborhoods in North and South Omaha (CD2), increasing voter participation through increased voter registration and education.

In 2024, OFUAPB ran a large canvassing program in Dayton, Ohio who are directly impacted by police brutality. The canvassers knocked 52,614 doors and connected with 13,203 voters. We also called over 6,400 voters and texted an additional 4,800+ voters in Dayton to remind them to bring their ID to vote and help locate their polling place. In 2025 we are organizing year-round with direct voter engagement and state and local advocacy on police reform.

The Campaign registered nearly 160,000 Black, working-class, and young voters in cities such as Columbus, Cleveland, and Cincinnati. Our endorsement committee (made up of students, formerly incarcerated individuals, faith leaders, public school parents, and childcare providers) backed candidates in competitive congressional races, as well as sheriff and prosecutor races. Yet, challenges like lower voter turnout and restrictive voting policies persist, underscoring the need for continued grassroots organizing.
In 2024, we will work to expand the electorate and close the racial and age gap amongst registered voters in Ohio. We plan to register 145,000 voters in Black communities and 35,000 young voters on college campuses, and mobilize them and more by knocking on 1,000,000 doors to reach 250,000 voters.

Priority Issues: As a community outreach organization, we work to amplify the voices of voters and make sure that they have the tools and resources to vote, and to understand how voting can impact their lives, and the issues they care about. When we partner with clients/ mission-aligned organizations, we lead with their messaging, and also seek to connect those issues with the priorities of the constituents. We’ve done this through door-to-door survey collection and direct voter outreach (GOTV and persuasion) on the following issues:, - Economic Justice, - Environmental Justice, - Reproductive Rights, - Non-partisan Civic Engagement
We believe that by presenting a consistent message across many channels, with a variety of different ways to engage and plug in along the way, we can shift public opinion and awareness around issues of shared economic prosperity, and create public demand for a progressive economic policy agenda. We're working to build a public narrative that reaches Arizonans year round and inspires them to action in their communities, at the Capital, and at the ballot.
Opportunity Arizona will run $2 to $3 million in paid communication persuasion campaigns for Arizona state legislative races through CTV/OTT, digital, mail, etc. For persuasion campaigns we target undecided likely voters and GOTV targets. We intend to translate our year-round organizing work to supplement turnout among our GOTV targets.
Opportunity Arizona builds political power by engaging and persuading voters. Our work strengthens policies that create opportunities for working class Arizonans to earn a dignified living wage.
OLÉ will support candidates in the general election, as well as work to re-elect Gabe Vasquez for NM Congressional District 2. Of the 3 US House districts in New Mexico, Vasquez is in the most contentious seat and will rematch against an extremist MAGA candidate, Yvette Harrell. Using a combination of field, digital and mail, OLÉ will engage unlikely BIPOC voters, new citizens, formerly incarcerated voters and Hispanic men as a voting bloc.

Priority Issues: PA members organize action teams focused on specific issues that affect the Durham community. PA members have a comprehensive approach to registering and engaging voters by gaining understanding about what issue motivates the voter. PA can also provide an avenue for advocacy beyond the act of voting in an election.
The PCDP works to engage all voters in the county. Through canvassing, phone-banking, texting and mailings we strive to explain our values and priorities to voters. Our 2024 program achieved a 39% turnout rate among identified low-propensity voters.

and Milwaukee was the #1 city in the United States for voter turnout percentage.

The Protect HB (PHB) campaign was formed to turn out HB voters in the March 5, 2024 Presidential Primary election to vote NO on three ballot measures A-B-C. PHB is formed to educate Huntingotn Beach voters about local issues that impact their every day lives.

The CCA is a carbon tax that reduces greenhouse gas emissions while putting money back into communities experiencing impacts of climate change. We’ll be connecting these issues to our platform issues of better schools, good green jobs, a fairer tax system, and the protection of our environment.

Since 2014, Semilla Action leadership has been dedicated to building capacity and developing leaders to engage the BIPOC electorate across New Mexico by educating, engaging and activating them on issues core to addressing equitable and racial concerns in the BIPOC electorate.
The climate and conservation goals for Semilla Action are 1) educate and engage our communities and the public are key geographies on the need for climate justice and action in New Mexico; 2) support key climate justice and conservation policies in key state policy making venues; 3) provide counterbalance to oil and gas friendly rhetoric and policy.

GOTV to infrequent climate voters in MI & PA who are unlikely to turnout without personal communication. Our universe will specifically focus on youth, and include people with a high likelihood of responding to a message on climate, and a history of not voting or being new to voting.
Each election year, we dig deep and go local in key states where our amazing volunteers can make an impact and elect the climate and justice champions we need. We focus our efforts on communities acutely impacted by climate change -- and we won’t stop talking with them on Election Day. We are building long-term power to create flourishing communities and a thriving planet. Souls to the Polls Wisconsin (STTP) is a faith-based civic engagement project of Pastors United Community Advocacy Inc. and an alliance of 300 inner-city congregations, labor unions, and civic groups. Its mission is to unite faith leaders and their congregations, community organizations and individuals to strengthen the collective voting power of the Black and Hispanic communities, using education, advocacy, and voting resources such as voter ID training and rides to the polls.

SOWEGA Rising will be focused on training the next generation of youth leaders in rural communities. We are working to build leadership pipelines for youth and hiring youth in roles in our organization. Currently, 75% of our staff are youth 18-30. We will continue to take large groups of youth with us on advocacy day trips to the state capitol annually, engage youth in organizing trainings and develop youth leadership programs.
Prioritizing communities of color that have a low voter registration/turnout count but high opportunity to shift political power in local elections. Will host engaging actions and bring voter registration to community events. In addition, team will be rolling out a digital VR Campaign to increase online voter registration engagement and Civics for Lunch Campaign focused on graduating seniors.

In addition to running our own voter registration trips, we help Democratic committees and other grassroots group identify the most promising precincts for hotspot and door-to-door voter registration. We acquire lists of unregistered people and check them against other databases, including the registered voter file. We use this information to create walk lists.
Swing Blue Alliance is the largest organization of its kind headquartered in Massachusetts. We are the only organization that has a research department that runs randomized control trials.

The Asian American and Pacific Islander population is the fastest growing demographic in Ohio. But we are under-represented. We have been mailing questionnaires to AAPI voters throughout Ohio, asking about their experiences as AAPI citizens in our state, top of mind issues, and if they plan to vote in 2024.
The AAPI Research Group and Engagement Team - Ohio (TARGETOHIO) believes in the collective power of the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. AAPI Ohioans must be included as an integral part of our democracy—civically engaged, politically active, and voting in record numbers. TARGETOHIO will serve as the vehicle for delivering the AAPI political voice.

Priority Issues: As we passionately engage with young individuals throughout Washington in our voter registration efforts, we are also collecting Voter Comment Cards and igniting conversations that bridge the gap between issues and voting. In just 30 seconds, they have the opportunity to make their voices heard on these comment cards and subsequently we are able to either update or register them to vote. Progressive Revenue: Our tax code is the most regressive in the United States and it lets the people with the most money get away with paying the least. This is not sustainable or fair. Climate Action, Gun Control, Tenants Rights, and Housing Affordability: Our young people deserve a world that has clean air and water, housing for all, and workers rights. We are building a world where youth are able to thrive. Democracy Protection: Our democracy works best when everyone regardless of their age, income level, or race has their voice heard and their vote counted. However, there are still barriers for young people to realize their full political power. We are building voting systems that work for all of us. Education Equity and Cost-Free College: Every person, regardless of race, income, or immigration status deserves a high quality education. However, right now most students’ basic needs are not being met and higher education is inaccessible. By investing in our education systems we are investing in all students by ensuring needed housing, food, materials, counseling services to achieve their educational aspirations. By actively listening to the concerns and passions of young voters, we're not only building a stronger, more inclusive democracy but also fostering a sense of agency and leadership within our youth constituents. UFR will expand our organizing power to push back against harmful policies impacting workers. Our Georgia worker organizing and civic participation program has had wins to improve workplace conditions, including securing clean water, working restrooms, and wage increases. This will serve as a model we’ll scale nationally and across targeted geographies (Michigan, California) to build a multiracial base of working class voters who are shifting the narrative around their grueling working conditions, and impacting elections.

Priority Issues: America’s 28 million veterans and military family members are often overlooked in voter turnout efforts, despite the fact that they are a key constituency, particularly in non-urban areas around the country. While some may stereotype veterans as white, male, and conservative, the reality is that veterans represent the diversity of America. , , Over the past 30 years, racial and ethnic minorities have entered the military in ever-increasing numbers. Women, Black, AAPI, and Latino veterans are the fastest-growing demographics in the veteran community. Currently minorities make up 27% of living veterans and by 2040, they are projected to make up 35.7%. These changing demographics provide an exciting opportunity to bring new voices to the forefront of our democracy. , , In the 2020 Presidential election, there was a notable division among veterans based on age, race, and gender. Data from the 2020 Cooperative Congressional Election Study has emphasized the growing influence of younger veterans with diverse political views, reflecting broader societal changes in political alignments, demographics, and issues of concern., , Vet Voice Foundation’s proprietary Veteran & Military Family Voter File is the first in the nation to use a combination of commercial data, modeling, digital advertising, direct mail, and volunteer-driven outreach to identify veterans and military families and mobilize them to vote.
We will reach a universe of 50,000 left-leaning Latino and other voters with high progressive VAN scores in 15 rural counties in the Mountains/Western Slope of Colorado through doors, phones, ads, and mailers. Reclaiming SD5 would mean securing a supermajority in the Colorado Senate.

We are targeting Catholics in MI, PA, WI with trainings, in-person & digital outreach and relational doors, calls, texts as well as digital ads and billboards. In these three states, Clinton lost the Catholic vote by 65-35. Biden made it closer to 50-50 which was the difference in the election.
To activate multi-issue Catholic voters and provide them—as well as candidates who are committed to the common good of lifting up the quality of life of all Americans—with the tools they need to be informed and to engage Catholic voters who are concerned about issues of social justice, immigration, climate change, and the scourge of White Christian Nationalism.

They have invested deeply in popular education and aggressive training. Turning Point USA, Proud Boys, and Blexit—they have developed infrastructure to recruit people into their ideological home. We got a taste of their power in another historic American tragedy during the January 6th insurrection at the US Capitol. Dog whistle appeals to bigotry continue to prevent natural alliances between working families of all races, religions, and backgrounds., , We must outperform the forces of greed and authoritarianism and build infrastructure to demand a multiracial democracy that matches and surpasses their formidable power., , Everyday life and stability for working women and families, and especially people of color in those categories, are more precarious today than they have been in generations. Student debt is sky-high, wages are suppressed as profits surge, the tax structure is an abject scam for the wealthy, pro-worker legal/political institutions face erosion, and healthcare is increasingly inaccessible and unaffordable—run for profit rather than for care. Intersecting crises overwhelm and divide people along lines of race, class, gender, and more. Working class, feminist, and racial justice movements are treated as unreasonable for seeking human rights that already commonly exist abroad. But when corporations face risk, the US government knows no limits propping up their owners. The pandemic and economic crisis have worsened these realities, leaving those most vulnerable with less. Getting through this moment is one thing. Building for resiliency beyond it is another. , , Resiliency will in part come from making immediate material changes in working people’s lives, but that alone isn’t enough. Each year, the rules and realities of our democratic institutions skew more and more toward representing land over people, older rural whites over people of color and young people in cities, and capital over constituent needs. We must strive toward the dream of a genuine multiracial democracy that reflects the desires and needs of our communities.
