Bethlehem Morning Voice Huddle (Group)

BMVH has partnered with Bethlehem NY Indivisible to form WeGOTV.NY. Since 2020 we have written 70,000 letters to swing states and thousands of postcards to voters to get out the vote. We engage our supporters through bi-monthly writing parties, home parties, and a network of letter distribution locations throughout the Albany capital district.

We meet weekly to educate ourselves and organize actions to affect change in our communities, state, and nation. We evaluate and support candidates who align with our values. We lobby our state government in support of legislation reflecting our values. We write letters and postcards to voters. We support other progressive groups in our community. We get reluctant voters to the polls by creating and distributing nonpartisan voter guides that contrast candidate stands for key races nationwide. Community and campus partners will distribute over 5 million printed guides, plus extensive online distribution. Our guides will be critical for this election of “I hate them both.”
