Neighbor Voices (PAC)

Organization Description

Neighbor Voices PAC, Empower Project's affiliated political action committee, unlocks the power of personal connections to break down barriers, empower communities and enact change. We have built the largest friend-to-friend social influencing program in the country. In 2024, we facilitated 80 million social media impressions and 9 million 1:1 conversations with 3 million potential voters across 10 states. And this year, we’re aiming to take our program to 23 states in the fight to protect democracy. In an impersonal world dominated by algorithms, we can break through the noise using the power of personal conversations and connections.

2026 Programs

In 2026, Neighbor Voices PAC will recruit and manage trusted messengers, coordinate with partner organizations, organize trainings, and direct strategy around relational organizing across 23 states. Our program works because people value what their friends and family think. Our relational outreach strategies are centered on people and their trusted networks of relationships. We can also turn your social media channels into a storytelling machine - helping you create compelling content that will break through information silos and online clutter.

2025 Programs

In 2025, our programs in Virginia, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania generated 2.16 million one-on-one friend-to-friend conversations with 770,000 potential voters. Our Community Mobilizers shared prepared content and social media videos online that garnered 21.9 million impressions. These 'real people' social media videos were so compelling that the Spanberger for Governor campaign used four of our people in their paid media ads. We received an Expy Award from the Analyst Institute for our work testing Selfie-Style Direct-to-Camera (DTC) videos vs Official Campaign ads in Virginia in 2025.

Southwest Energy Efficiency Project (c3)

Organization Description

Founded in 2001, the Southwest Energy Efficiency Project (SWEEP) is a public interest nonprofit dedicated to achieving a healthy, equitable, and low carbon future by advancing clean energy, energy efficiency, electrification, clean transportation and smart land use solutions in the southwestern United States. In collaboration with state and local governments, utilities, environmental and community groups, businesses, agencies, and others, SWEEP advocates for programs, policies, and funding to mitigate climate change and its impacts, support underserved and disadvantaged communities, and save people money on energy, housing and transportation costs. SWEEP has helped pass more than 160 state laws across the Southwest.

2026 Programs

SWEEP will work to advance a clean and equitable energy future in 2026 through three programs: 1) Utilities: Working to get utilities to invest in renewable energy resources, energy efficiency programs, and demand response efforts to reduce energy waste, utility bills, and emissions; 2) Buildings: Ensuring that homes and commercial buildings are constructed or retrofitted to be energy efficient and heated and cooled with clean electricity; and 3) Transportation: Electrifying the transportation sector; promoting multimodal alternatives like transit, biking, and walking; and advocating for smart land use and affordable infill housing to reduce travel costs, demand, and emissions.

2025 Programs

Despite federal funding cuts and rollbacks, SWEEP made important progress at the state and local levels in 2025, including: 1) Advancing the gas transition by helping set robust “Clean Heat” targets requiring CO gas utilities to reduce emissions 41% reduction by 2035, 2) Enabling low-income utility rates for resource-challenged NM customers, 3) Securing updated efficient, electric- and EV-ready building energy codes in communities across the Southwest, 4) Launching Housing Forward CO, a campaign to enable climate-friendly housing and smart growth, 5) Winning approval of a $1 billion grid modernization investment to support building and transportation decarbonization, and much more.

Run on Climate (c4)

Organization Description

ROC’s mission is to accelerate cutting-edge climate policy at the local level in communities across the country by supporting candidates, collaborating with elected leaders, and expanding the influence of climate justice advocates. We support climate champions running for local offices, flipping outcomes in highly competitive races. We support local elected officials and advocates with policy research and development, communications, strategy, peer connections, community and stakeholder engagement, and more so they can develop, pass, and implement strong policies and programs to reduce pollution, improve equity. In doing this we engage a large team of student and recent graduate interns and fellows.

2026 Programs

In 2026, ROC will provide endorsements and meaningful support at least 25 climate champion candidates, and elect at least 20 into local offices. ROC will also support local officials and advocates in over 35 cities and counties in passing dozens of bold, justice-centered climate policies. ROC will host over 100 students and recent graduates as interns and fellows, providing them with hands-on experience electing candidates, developing and passing local policy, and educating the public. By passing bold policy now, electing new leaders, and developing future leaders, ROC will continue building a scalable, community-led model for transitioning cities off fossil fuels.

2025 Programs

In 2020, we supported 17 candidates and elected 12 climate champions into local office. In Ithaca, NY we won by 11 votes and in San Jose, CA by 6 votes! We grew our Local Climate Policy Network from 33 to 50 elected officials representing over 15 Million people across 34 jurisdictions. We helped to pass and implement dozens of bold climate justice policies in these communities, including the historic Healthy Buildings Ordinance in Evanston, IL. We also launched our first-ever summer door-to-door canvass, which knocked over 4,000 doors and brought over 1,000 people into climate action and raised over $40,000.

Organization Description

Cobalt is dedicated to fighting for systems, structures and policies that protect reproductive rights and guarantee comprehensive, universal access to reproductive healthcare, including abortion.

2026 Programs

Our core programming plans include: 1. Regional partnerships expansion, 2. Implementation of abortion access policies, 3. Education and outreach to key stakeholders, 4. Expansion of abortion access through the resources of the Cobalt Abortion Fund.

2025 Programs

We continued to expand our partnerships statewide. We served over 2,000 clients who needed financial support in order to access abortion in Colorado. We worked with abortion providers and clinics to help them implement new Medicaid abortion coverage rules and funding. We continued our outreach and education to our key stakeholders throughout the state via digital communication, press releases, Op eds, interviews and other communications.

2024 Programs

Cobalt is a trusted leader in the Colorado reproductive health movement. We will use a variety of tactics to reach our established supporters throughout Colorado. We will also use a variety of tactics to expand our reach. We have an organizing team based in target communities throughout Colorado.

Citizens' Climate Education (c3)

Organization Description

Citizens’ Climate Education (CCE) empowers people across the United States to build political will for effective climate solutions in Congress. Through grassroots organizing, leadership development, and evidence-based training, CCE equips volunteers with the skills and knowledge to engage policymakers constructively. Its nationwide network supports citizen advocacy through meetings with members of Congress, local media outreach, community engagement, and strategic campaigns aligned with key policy moments. By enabling everyday people to engage their elected officials effectively, CCE helps strengthen long-term support for climate solutions.

2026 Programs

CCE will focus on strengthening the effectiveness of citizen engagement with Congress on climate policy. Core programs include expanding the BRIDGE (Building Relationships in Dialogue, Growth, and Engagement) relational advocacy training program, providing policy education on key federal climate issues, and investing in volunteer leaders who coordinate advocacy across the country. CCE will continue mobilizing constituents to meet with members of Congress, engage in local media, and participate in targeted advocacy campaigns aligned with key legislative moments. By strengthening volunteer training, policy fluency, and strategic coordination, CCE equips citizens nationwide to engage policymakers and advance climate solutions.

2025 Programs

In 2025, Citizens’ Climate Education mobilized citizens nationwide to engage Congress on climate policy. More than 17,000 volunteers took 143,000 advocacy actions, including 824 meetings with congressional offices and 430 earned media placements. CCE delivered 315 trainings, reaching 13,000 live participants and 465,900 recorded views, and developed BRIDGE (Building Relationships in Dialogue, Growth, and Engagement), a relational advocacy training program to strengthen communication across political differences. Volunteers also used district-level clean energy investment data to highlight local economic benefits of federal climate policy. These efforts strengthened citizen engagement and helped defend key clean energy provisions during major federal policy debates.

2026 Programs

Building on its 2024 successes, MoveIndigo is now implementing both its National Campaign and Dual Resident Campaign. MoveIndigo’s National Campaign helps Democratic voters who are already moving (an estimated six million annually!) to discover desirable toss-up districts across the country where their votes will also be game changers. MoveIndigo’s Dual Resident Campaign encourages NYC and other blue-district Democrats who have second homes in toss-up districts in New York State to register to vote in those districts. (In 2024, MoveIndigo registrants made up more than 10% of the Democratic winning margin in CD-19! The strategy works and makes a difference.)

2025 Programs

In 2025, we laid the groundwork for both launching our National Campaign and re-launching our now-proven Dual Resident Campaign. For our National Campaign, we ran an innovative ad pilot designed to test whether we can successfully find, and meaningfully engage with, Democratic voters who are thinking about moving – and the answer is a resounding yes. We identified effective methods (leveraging targeting strategies like geofencing and lookalike audience building) to reach Democrats in the market to move, and we were gratified to see them seek information on our targeted districts as well as provide us their valuable contact info.

2024 Programs

Encouraging New York City Democrats who have second homes in toss up districts in New York State to register to vote in those districts. Progam will identify likely voters and target with messaging via online and print advertising.

Organizing Empowerment Fund (c3)

Organization Description

Empower Fund is the leader in harnessing the power of personal connections to break down barriers, empower communities, and enact change. We’ve taken the oldest and most effective form of organizing and built revolutionary programs that reach people authentically using the most trusted of messengers — friends, neighbors, and family. We’ve developed and refined tools and technology that help communities most often overlooked get connected and involved. Through partnerships at every level—from local to national—we strengthen the connection between organizations driving progress and the communities they serve.

2026 Programs

In 2026, Empower Fund will launch a Fellowship Program to help nonprofits go even further in their work to connect people and strengthen communities by adding new tools and approaches to their outreach. An expansion on our existing core program, in select states Empower Fund will partner with 3–5 organizations and support a small cohort of staff from each to embed within Empower’s programs for six months of hands-on learning. Fellows will learn how to integrate friend-to-friend and digital organizing strategies into their own models, expanding their reach, deepening their community relationships, and building their power.

2025 Programs

2025 was a year filled with unprecedented challenges for civic engagement. We at Empower Fund are proud to have worked together with our supporters and hundreds of partner organizations in order to face these challenges and help support local communities. Our Partner Success Team equipped organizations with the technology and support they need to build resilient community infrastructure through friend-to-friend, neighbor-to-neighbor relational programs. We are heartened by what 2025 has shown us: that by working together through real relationships and strengthening communities we can make resilient progress.

Organizing Empowerment Fund is offering training and technology support for organizations that are using relational organizing, especially in underrepresented communities like communities of color, youth, immigrants, and rural areas.

Organization Description

Clean Energy States Alliance is a national, nonprofit coalition of state energy agencies working since 2002 to develop and implement effective clean energy policies and programs. CESA helps states expand the use of clean energy to address climate change, advance equity, and strengthen local economies. Much of CESA’s work takes place behind the scenes, strategically informing, guiding, and assisting state energy agencies. CESA identifies and promotes innovative policies and provides opportunities for state officials to discuss their ideas, plans, and concerns in confidential settings. Foundation support enables CESA to reach beyond its member states to provide guidance to all states.

2026 Programs

Strategic planning with CESA’s state members produced an ambitious plan. CESA will:

Work with states to use strategic messaging to counter attacks on the affordability and reliability of renewable energy;
Help states preserve their clean energy standards and goals;
Provide structured support to enable states to use VPPs to deliver grid reliability, emissions reductions, and consumer benefits;
Help states with terminated EPA Solar for All awards still bring solar benefits to disadvantaged communities;
Prompt states to promote innovative technologies (e.g., battery storage, geothermal networks, plug-in solar, building solutions) that can thrive in the current environment.

2025 Programs

As the tide pulled away from renewable energy in Washington, CESA ensured that the momentum for state clean energy development continued. CESA’s "Federal Energy News" newsletter remained a valuable resource for documenting the unprecedented clawback of federal funding, while CESA staff convened states—often on an emergency basis—to provide news and program details. CESA took over hosting meetings for states that had previously been hosted by federal agencies and offered robust technical assistance. Active programs and working groups for states focused on low-income solar, offshore wind, energy equity, energy storage policy, community solar, and energy affordability.

Elect reproductive rights champions to the Legislature, statewide offices, and federal offices in order to pass great policy. Continue passing legislation that protects patients, providers, and advocates. Maintain adequate state budget funding for reproductive health care, including abortion. Protect patients’ and providers’ data privacy from hostile out-of-state actors, including federal overreach, and from corporate surveillance technologies such as Flock and social media platforms. Defeating anti-abortion attempts at the legislature, title board, in local communities, and at the ballot box.

2025 Programs

For more than a decade, Cobalt has led the movement to secure and protect abortion access in Colorado. We helped to successfully pass an amendment to our constitution ensuring access for reproductive health care and Colorado’s shield law protecting access to gender affirming care. We also passed overturning a ban on using medicaid funding for abortion care. Cobalt’s efforts include partnership on work related to maternal health, gender affirming care, immigrant rights, housing rights, civil liberties, consumer protections, workers’ rights, and fighting for the rights of marginalized communities.

Cobalt Advocates is a trusted leader in the Colorado reproductive health movement. We will use a variety of tactics to reach our established supporters throughout Colorado. Organization Description

Empower Project unlocks the power of personal connections to break down barriers, empower communities and enact change. We have built the largest friend-to-friend social influencing program in the country. In 2024, we facilitated 80 million social media impressions and 9 million 1:1 conversations with 3 million potential voters across 10 states. And this year, we’re aiming to take our program to 22 states in the fight to protect democracy. In an impersonal world dominated by algorithms, we can break through the noise using the power of personal conversations and connections.

2026 Programs

In 2026, Empower Project will recruit and manage trusted messengers, coordinate with partner organizations, organize trainings, and direct strategy around relational organizing across 22 states. Empower Project works because people value what their friends and family think. Our relational outreach strategies are centered on people and their trusted networks of relationships. Empower Project can also turn your social media channels into a storytelling machine - helping you create compelling content that will break through information silos and online clutter.

2025 Programs

In 2025, Empower Project’s programs in Virginia, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania generated 2.16 million one-on-one friend to friend conversations with 770,000 potential voters. Empower Project’s Community Mobilizers shared prepared content and social media videos online that garnered 21.9 million impressions. These 'real people' social media videos were so compelling that the Spanberger for Governor campaign used four of Empower Project’s people in their paid media ads. Empower Project received an Expy Award from the Analyst Institute for our work testing Selfie-Style Direct-to-Camera (DTC) videos vs Official Campaign ads in Virginia in 2025.

Organizing Empower Project has launched a multi-state paid relational program to build the largest incentivized relational organizing program in history in 10 high-profile states to reach voters not typically reachable by other means and leverage the power of relational organizing to maximize impact.

Our country’s future depends on younger generations showing up in democracy. HeadCount gives them the tools to join the conversation. HeadCount works with partners across entertainment and culture to get more young people civically engaged than any other nonprofit in the country. Our focus is first-time voters, unaffiliated voters, and underrepresented young people, helping them to build lifelong habits of democratic participation and strengthening civic culture nationwide.

We partner with leading artists, creators, brands, and media platforms to engage fans through trusted peer-to-peer conversations at live events and online, guiding them from voter registration to Election Day and into ongoing civic participation. Our hybrid model combines nationwide field programs, innovative digital campaigns like Good to Vote, and culturally relevant initiatives serving diverse communities. We combat political disillusionment by fostering connection, community, and accessible civic engagement.

Together with our volunteers, artist partners, and supporters, we registered more than 39,600 voters and helped over 1 million people get ready to vote — whether by checking their registration, finding out what was on their ballot, or making a plan to cast their vote. 1,111,064 people got ready to vote at HeadCount.org, 766,802 total voter actions taken, 39,600 new voters registered, and 1,096 field events. We received and processed voter registration forms from 47 states.

The People's WhistleBlower Campaign (Group)

Organization Description

A 2026 public grassroots signature campaign calling out corruption and wrongdoing by the US President and Executive Branch, and Congress for failing to do their Constitutional duty as an equal branch and a guardrail. We use the construct of a Whistleblower complaint to formalize and address the wrongdoing that, unchecked, has evident public harm. The key advantages of this approach are: 1) Formal: over two dozen Citations. 2) “Served" to every member of Congress, not just three from my zip code. 3) Dynamic: add new wrongdoing - don’t start over again. 4) Chenoweth-level signature possibility: sustained, cumulative, inclusive.

2026 Programs

We need funds to make our website operational to capture massive signers and to link with other major grassroots orgs, such as No Kings, Indivisible, Common Cause, Third Act to achieve Chenoweth-level signature participation. With a six or seven-digit signature participation, we will “serve” each member of Congress with this People’s Complaint. Requires funding for: Licensing of signature management software, Document servicing to Congress, Social media marketing, Licensing artwork for a downloadable social media badge, Liaison with Congress, Support via anonymized participation reports for 2026 federal candidates from their districts, Other organizational matters.

Organization Description

Activate America mobilizes volunteers to help Democrats win majorities in Congress. We’ve built a vast network of passionate volunteers and grassroots groups who participate in voter outreach. Through this network, both individuals and community-based groups can act locally while accessing top-notch scripts, tools, and targeted data. We value our volunteers as essential partners, not mere participants, earning us praise for providing the best volunteer experience.

2026 Programs

We are going to be postcarding, texting, phonebanking, and canvassing in the most competitive House and Senate races in the country. In addition, we are piloting a distributed relational organizing program in Arizona's 1st Congressional district, where we will build a large network of volunteer driven power to flip AZ-01.

2025 Programs

We conducted almost 4 million voter contacts, a record for Activate America in an off year. Our volunteers worked to help elect Governors in New Jersey and Virginia, retain Supreme Court judges in Pennsylvania, and to pass Proposition 50 in California, which was an effort to fight back against Republican mid-decade redistricting.

2024 Programs

Activate America uses our network of 30,000 volunteers to reach low-propensity voters in 7 states by postcarding, texting, phone banking, and canvassing. We provide positive and negative accountability messaging, we help voters sign up to vote by mail, and we provide key voting logistics information and reminders.

Organization Description

At New Era, we are building a youth movement toward our collective vision by organizing and building the power of young people to participate in the political process and pressure the systems to create the world we deserve. We aim to do this through organizing communities of young people across the state to recognize and harness their power, electing young leaders and champions into office, and breaking down systemic barriers to accessing that power. By investing in the potential of young leaders, we are investing in the movement towards our collective vision.

2026 Programs

The path to winning back the U.S. House of Representatives runs directly through Colorado’s Congressional District 8, and we have our sights set on electing a Democratic candidate in one of the country’s most competitive races. We must also pass a Graduated Income Tax on the 2026 ballot by turning out young people in support; elect strong democracy defenders in state constitutional offices; and grow our bench of Youth Agenda Champions in the State House and Senate by endorsing in the regions where we organize year-round, prioritizing tight races nestled in congressional districts 3 and 8.

2025 Programs

In 2025, for the first time, New Era endorsed candidates in city council races because local government is a true locus of control in our daily lives — determining everything from schools to policing — and because it shows young people the tangible power of their vote. We ran our most ambitious municipal election program to date, reaching over 120,000 young people in our key regions across Colorado whose votes helped elect seven Youth Agenda Champions to local office. In Aurora, despite being outspent 15-to-1 by conservative dollars, every single New Era-endorsed candidate won, flipping the majority at city hall.

2024 Programs

NECAF will be targeting 18-34 year-olds, prioritizing young people of color, to turn out in targeted districts like CO-3 and CO-8 and to vote for a ballot measure that protects abortion rights. NECAF will endorse Youth Agenda champions in state legislative races, including the June state primary.

In 2026, we are turning out young voters across the state to pass a Graduated Income Tax on the ballot. Colorado currently has a flat income tax rate and a recurring state budget deficit of up to $1 billion, because our tax system does not generate sufficient revenue. Combined with federal budget cuts, we must rewrite the rules so that the ultra-wealthy and corporations pay what they owe. We'll use this ballot measure to turn out young voters who will also elect our next governor, attorney general, secretary of state, and state legislators.

2025 Programs

In 2025, New Era Colorado organized young BIPOC voters across the state to Get Out The Vote in their local elections, including Colorado Springs, Aurora, Boulder, Fort Collins, Greeley and Pueblo. We also spent the year talking with young people about tax equity, hearing the impact of economic injustice in their lives, and getting them primed to vote for a graduated income tax ballot measure in 2026. A survey we did in the summer showed that 96% of our base agreed that the wealthy should pay their fair share!

2024 Programs

NECF and NECAF will be targeting 18-34 year-olds, prioritizing young people of color, to turn out in targeted districts like CO-3 and CO-8 and to vote for a ballot measure that protects abortion rights. NECAF will endorse Youth Agenda champions in state legislative races, including the June state primary.

CIRC Action Fund (501(c)4) was established in 2012 to build a strong and thriving Colorado where all residents are treated with dignity and respect, have equal access to a fair quality of life, and the opportunity to live united with family. 2026 Programs

In 2026, CIRC Action Fund is planning to lead a nonpartisan and partisan voter engagement program in Congressional District 8, one of the most competitive districts in the state. At the state level, we are looking at the Governor and Attorney General races (to be confirmed). Additionally, our focus will continue to be on maintaining and expanding pro-immigrant majorities in the State Senate and House. We will target low-propensity BIPOC voters through door knocking, texts, mailers, and ads.

2025 Programs

In 2025, our goal was to mobilize voters in Colorado’s Congressional District 8 (CD-08) to support pro-immigrant candidates and policies through targeted, community-driven campaigns. We focused on municipal elections in Adams County, specifically in Westminster, Aurora, Greeley, and Commerce City – all overlap with CD8 – to lay the groundwork for stronger turnout in 2026. By connecting local issues to immigrant rights and building relationships through trusted community networks, we prepared the foundation for large-scale mobilization this year. We knocked on close to 5,000 doors and seven of our local endorsed candidates won their races.

In 2024, CIRC Action Fund is planning to lead a nonpartisan and partisan electoral program in Congressional District 8 and Congressional District 3, primarily in Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, El Paso, Jefferson, and Pueblo counties. Organization Description

Dirtroad Organizing is a 501(c)(4) organization with a 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor that provides training and long term mentorship to support organizers, staff, and candidates who are working towards an equitable and just democracy in rural America. We cultivate grassroots leadership at the state and local level through 4-month cohorts for individuals and trainings for local groups. Deep investment in rural communities is how we secure the policies needed for a durable, just, and equitable future for all. We are building a new kind of politics that is rooted in community and values, not partisanship.

2026 Programs

Dirtroad is training more rural leaders in the first half of 2026 than we ever have in such a short time period. We will traing 50-60 rural leaders over the next six months. We are also running a partner program with Run For Something to train rural leaders until 40 to run for office. NOTE: This collaboration with RFS is c3-compliant. After people graduate from our Cohorts, we support them 1-1 through the election. We plan to double the number of DO alums that we're supporting in 2026 (compared to 2024). This will be a big lift!

2025 Programs

To date, we've trained 145+ rural leaders from 34 states. As far as we know, we are the only national training program for rural progressive candidates, staffers, and organizers. We ran more Cohorts in 2025 than we ever had before, running 7 Cohorts. This included a partner Cohort with the Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association to bring together rural agricultural/food leaders for a month-long program. Organization Description

PowerMoves is on a mission to build a more civil, just and inclusive society by helping people who are moving find communities where they will be happy, safe, and welcome – and where their votes will be powerful. To facilitate this, we have launched a Voter Impact Index (V-Impact) tool that helps people understand the impact of their vote based on their zip code. We also recommend communities where people can have high voter impact scores AND have their quality of life priorities are met.

2026 Programs

We have launched an initial version of our Voter Impact Index (V-Impact), which projects the impact of your vote in any zip code. V-Impact is a non-partisan index, which assigns to every zip code a voter impact score that is calculated based on the competitiveness of six federal and state elections associated with that unique zip code. Individuals can use the score to identify competitive locations where they can meet their quality of life priorities like: LGBTQ+ safety, tax friendliness, reproductive health care rights, and climate resiliency.

In 2025, our focus was building the Voter Impact Index which is live and can be accessed at: https://www.powermoves.vote/voter-impact-index-lookup-1. We also identified communities that are electorally competitive AND that meet the 4 quality of life priorities we identified: LGBTQ+ safety, tax friendliness, reproductive health care rights, and climate resiliency. Silver Spring Progressive Action exists to tip tight elections for a more just, equitable and compassionate country. It’s our lane – so much that it’s in our logo. We are focused solely on elections because we believe that having the right people in the right positions makes it easier to bring about lasting progressive change. In 2026, we will use all of our tools to:
- Win Democratic control of the US House
- Maintain all Dem-held Senate seats and flip two additional seats
- Increase the number of states with Democratic governors, Secretaries of State, and Attorneys General

- Develop and implement new approaches to reach & persuade voters more effectively

In 2025, we helped win the Wisconsin Supreme Court election thereby maintaining the liberal majority, helped flip the Virginia governorship and expanded the Democratic majority in the Virginia House of Delegates, and developed new approaches to reach and persuade voters more effectively, along with a new training program to increase volunteer effectiveness. We did this via phonebanking (60K calls, including a new auto-dialer program), letter-writing (29K letters, including a new candidate-specific turnout/persuasion template with an RCT to evaluate it), canvassing (43K doors, including a deep canvassing program) and raising $140,000 (for candidates, democracy defense, and new media).

Our Atmospheric Methane Removal program is developing the evidence, governance frameworks, and research community needed to assess and advance safe, system-level methane removal approaches. In Agricultural Nitrogen, we are mapping high-potential interventions and identifying catalytic pathways for field building. For Warming-Induced Emissions, we are strengthening science, monitoring, and policy readiness to address emerging risks.

Blue Future is hiring, training, and mobilizing young organizers to turnout young voters in Virginia, working hand-in-hand with Abigail Spanberger’s Gubernatorial campaign. So far this year, 50 young organizers in Virginia have called 33,750 young voters in just 8 weeks, helping folks register and make a plan to vote. As of August, we are prepared to hire 100 organizers for our Fall cohort and have received 133 applications but currently have funding for 50, leaving a gap of $37,500. We’re raising an additional $15,000 to support local grants to High School and College Democrats in Virginia to increase attendance at their volunteer phonebanks and canvasses.

2024 Programs

Blue Future is a youth-led organization that recruits, trains and deploys youth to progressive campaigns. They offer stipends + microgrants to youth-led initiatives that increase youth participation in elections. Additionally, Blue Future provides leadership coaching and career development support to build the future pipeline of progressive leaders in the US.

Organization Description

ASGA is a farmer-centric non-profit with over 1,000 members. Since 2018, ASGA has supported graziers, the solar industry, and the agrivoltaic community by developing an extensive library of virtual education resources, technical guides, sample contracts, short films, and other materials. Organization Description

Rhizome's core purpose is to build collective power for young people to create the safer, happier, healthier world they want to live in. Launched by 90 co-founders, we train youth leaders to organize and increase civic engagement in their local communities.

2025 Programs

Our flagship program is the Civic Service Fellowship, a leadership development program for emerging leaders in high school who learn to organize and increase civic engagement. Local Fellowship Chapters are led by paid Youth Organizers, who support teams of Fellows to lead local actions around the inclusive, nonviolent, and nonpartisan ideas they are most passionate about. We led over 100 local actions in spring 2025 and have registered over 24,000 students to vote in the last three years. Rhizome has teams of under 1,000 Fellows taking actions from over 200 high schools. Our goal is 300 high schools next year.

2024 Programs

Rhizome was co-founded by 90 young people in 2021. Our purpose is to build collective power for young people to create the safer, happier, healthier world they want to live in. We're engaged in voter registration, GOTV work, and student-led narrative change around youth voice and representation in 2024.

We train and empower our grassroots network of 360 active chapters and 62 national action teams to build political will through local organizing, media engagement, and direct lobbying. In 2025, Citizens' Climate Lobby is focused on defending hard-won climate victories in the U.S. Congress, such as the clean energy tax credits passed in the Inflation Reduction Act. Organization Description

Subnational Funding Readiness & Performance (SFRP) is a flagship initiative that provides pro bono technical assistance to help capacity-constrained entities pursue and implement climate investments. Conceived, launched, and managed by Hua Nani Partners (HNP), SFRP connects subnational governments, tribes, and community-based organizations with the technical expertise and surge capacity needed to translate federal, state, local, and philanthropic funding into equitable, community-centered climate action. Backed by HNP’s deep policy, strategy, and technical expertise across sectors, SFRP is designed to close capacity gaps and ensure that climate investments reach communities that need them most.

2025 Programs

As many subnational entities face hiring freezes, layoffs, and staffing shortages, SFRP provides no-cost surge capacity to ease administrative burdens and optimize limited resources. We help awardees maintain compliance with federal grant requirements, especially Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) obligations, safeguarding critical climate investments. In parallel, we identify alternative state, local, philanthropic, and corporate funding opportunities to help under-resourced entities navigate an increasingly complex funding landscape. With the rollback of the Justice40 Initiative, SFRP remains committed to advancing equitable climate solutions by ensuring that local government-funded projects reflect community priorities, anchored by the launch of the Community Link Pilot Program.

After the 2024 election, Democrats have committed to working on wage increases and ending subminimum wages. In 2025, we’re seeing momentum for policy changes in Illinois, Maryland, New York, Ohio, Arizona, and California. One Fair Wage Action will support legislative campaigns in IL, MD, and NY, while in OH, AZ, and CA, we’ll push for ballot measures, mobilizing workers to gather signatures and engage voters.

2024 Programs

Led by women of color, One Fair Wage Action is collecting voter registrations while gathering signatures for a minimum wage ballot measure. They mobilize workers, employers, and consumers nationwide to enhance wages and working conditions in the service sector, aiming to abolish all subminimum wages in the United States.

Mission

One Fair Wage Action is a national organization seeking to raise wages, improve working conditions, and build power for workers in the service sector, and end all subminimum wages in the United States. In particular, we organize service workers to lead legislation and ballot measure campaigns to raise wages in their industry, and also engage them in large-scale peer-to-peer voter engagement programs to support these wage increases and candidates who support them, driving change from the ground up.

State Futures organizes cohorts of values-aligned state policymakers and equips them to collaborate across states to advance policies that strengthen communities and transform markets. We create dedicated spaces for cross-state peer learning, collaboration, and coordinated multi-state action. Currently, the State Futures network includes over 130 engaged state legislators and more than a dozen key Secretaries of State and State Financial Officers, with cohorts chaired by sitting policymakers. We work to make it cheap and easy for American families to power their lives with clean electricity, by eliminating the bureaucratic barriers that get in the way of installing rooftop solar and home batteries. Rooftop solar costs 7-8x more to install in the United States than in other developed countries, primarily driven by unnecessary red tape and bureaucratic barriers. Dramatically reducing the cost of rooftop solar would see huge increases in solar and battery deployment, especially by low and middle income families; dramatically reduce the cost of the clean energy transition; and deliver huge greenhouse gas reductions.

Our 2025 work is focused on ensuring all homeowners can get a permit instantly and online to install rooftop solar and home batteries, driving down cost and increasing deployment, targeting AZ, CA, CO, IL, MD, MN, NJ, NY and TX. We will also be preparing to work in other states such as FL, and creating a new program focused on streamlining interconnection.

Through targeted digital and video content, our new Latinx media project, and through our bilingual voter guide, we will reach 1,500,000 voters indirectly and 75,000 voters through direct outreach.

Voces Unidas Action Fund (c4/PAC)

We will reach a universe of 50,000 left-leaning Latino and other voters with high progressive VAN scores in 15 rural counties in the Mountains/Western Slope of Colorado through doors, phones, ads, and mailers. Reclaiming SD5 would mean securing a supermajority in the Colorado Senate.

Voces Unidas de las Montañas (c3)

2024 Programs

We will reach at least 40,000 voters through doors, phones, ads, and mailers in 15 rural counties in the Mountains/Western Slope of Colorado. In 2024, we will also run a persuasion campaign to enshrine reproductive justice in the Colorado Constitution. Our GOTV covers these key political districts: CD3, CD2, CD7, SD5, HD57, HD26 and HD13.

Mission

Here at Voces Unidas, we envision a mountain region where Latinas and Latinos are thriving, engaged and leading in all of our communities. We do this by creating opportunities where Latinas and Latinos advocate for themselves, actively participate in all civic institutions and take leadership roles in all decision-making tables.
