CaPA offers resource pooling services completely free of fiscal fees and overhead charges. 350 Wisconsin is planning a nonpartisan get-out-the-vote (GOTV) effort to promote voter turnout and highlight the importance of the upcoming election. We will also be conducting GOTV efforts via our c4 sister organization, 350 Wisconsin Action. Our efforts will include sharing nonpartisan candidate information, providing background on the Wisconsin Supreme Court, supplying voter registration information, and offering inclusive opportunities for civic engagement with elected officials and other leaders throughout the year.
350 Wisconsin is registering new voters, primarily focusing on college campuses and surrounding cities. They host events, table, send postcards, and use relational organizing to register students.

Activate America mobilizes volunteers to help Democrats win majorities in Congress. We’ve built a vast network of passionate volunteers and grassroots groups who participate in voter outreach. Through this network, both individuals and community-based groups can act locally while accessing top-notch scripts, tools, and targeted data. We value our volunteers as essential partners, not mere participants, earning us praise for providing the best volunteer experience.
We recently launched The Multiplier Project, which aims to train thousands of organizers in the 18 most vulnerable GOP-held districts in the country. These organizers are going to throw up "speedbumps" to the Trump MAGA agenda trying to dismantle our democracy, destroy our economy, and strip the most vulnerable of essential services. Our goal is to make these vulnerable Republicans more scared of their constituents holding them accountable than of Trumo and his MAGA allies.

We seek to add “Connect to Elect” trips to Michigan and Wisconsin. We have learned from previous trips that out-of-state volunteers work many shifts because they have no other commitments. Launched as a pop-up initiative by the class of ‘84 at our 35th Reunion in 2019, the mission of Crimson Goes Blue is to harness the talents, passion, and resources of the Harvard community to forge a more just American democracy. We do that by engaging our community which has grown to 2,000 members in dozens of classes in the work of electing Democrats, protecting the freedom to vote, and ensuring the integrity of our elections in the critical battleground states.

The GALEO Impact Fund was established in 2019 to help organize the Latino community's growing political power in Georgia.
GALEO has been working to increase civic engagement and leadership in the Latino community in Georgia since 2003. Through this work, the GALEO team saw a need to continue the invaluable non-partisan work of the GALEO along with a separate institution to engage in more political activism.
GALEO Impact Fund works to expand and influence Latino political power in Georgia. We also seek to elect and hold accountable policymakers who align with our progressive values.
2025 GOTV will begin in September after qualifying. We will target Latino candidates who align with our values (excluding the city of Atlanta). Target counties include Gwinnett, Cobb, Hall, Whitfield, and DeKalb. The Secretary of State’s office will be purging almost 500,000 voters from the rolls in 2025. We expect to do education around this activity and potentially reregister voters who were purged.

We are targeting Catholics in MI, PA, WI with trainings, in-person & digital outreach and relational doors, calls, texts as well as digital ads and billboards. In these three states, Clinton lost the Catholic vote by 65-35. Biden made it closer to 50-50 which was the difference in the election.
To activate multi-issue Catholic voters and provide them—as well as candidates who are committed to the common good of lifting up the quality of life of all Americans—with the tools they need to be informed and to engage Catholic voters who are concerned about issues of social justice, immigration, climate change, and the scourge of White Christian Nationalism.

Indivisible Chicago trains and prepares activists who travel from Chicago to knock doors of swing voters in Wisconsin and Michigan, engaging them in conversation, identifying and informing Democratic voters, and turning them out to vote. 22 canvass trips currently scheduled.

Building on its 2024 successes, MoveIndio is now implementing both its National and New York campaigns. MoveIndigo’s National Campaign helps Democratic voters who are already moving (an estimated six million annually!) to discover desirable toss-up districts across the country where their votes will be game changers. MoveIndigo’s New York Campaign encourages NYC and other blue-district Democrats who have second homes in toss-up districts in New York State to register to vote in those districts.

Our civic engagement program is focused on educating voters about care and turning out women of color voters in Sunbelt states, where care and domestic workers have traditionally been left behind, and which is often home to areas with the worst care crisis in the nation.
The National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA) works for respect, recognition, and rights for the more than 2.2 million nannies, house cleaners, and home care workers who do the essential work of caring for our loved ones and our homes. Driven by domestic workers’ priorities, NDWA is working to catalyze a paradigm shift in the way domestic work is understood, valued, and compensated to ensure that these much-needed jobs are good jobs with dignity, economic security, and labor protections. In 2025, our organization will be shifting strategies to put more focus on our community through grassroots base-building. The Ohio Environmental Council Action Fund (OEC AF) builds the political power of the environmental movement in Ohio through strategic issue and electoral campaigns as well as elected official accountability. Since its launch in 2016, the OEC AF has grown to be a well-recognized political force equipped with solutions to address the state’s most pressing environmental and climate issues facing Ohio communities. We continue to increase the political power of Ohio’s environmental movement in order to accelerate climate action and the adoption of just environmental policies.
As the impacts of climate change grow, communities that have been systematically left out will suffer the most. To address the climate crisis, the OEC AF has embedded equitable and bold climate action across all programming. In 2024, OFUAPB ran a large canvassing program in Dayton, Ohio who are directly impacted by police brutality. The canvassers knocked 52,614 doors and connected with 13,203 voters. We also called over 6,400 voters and texted an additional 4,800+ voters in Dayton to remind them to bring their ID to vote and help locate their polling place. In 2025 we are organizing year-round with direct voter engagement and state and local advocacy on police reform.

We are an all-volunteer organization that exists to take meaningful action to tip tight elections blue nationwide. This includes letter-writing, phonebanking, canvassing and deep canvassing, fundraising, social media, and more - all in support of candidates in the tightest elections and in support of voting rights and access. We work at to elect candidates for state legislatures and other state offices such as secretaries of state, governors, Congress, and President (in swing states). We are guilt-free, data-based, and believe that changing who is in power is the best way to affect our future.
In keeping with our overall goal of tipping tight elections blue, our goals for 2025 are to:
1) Win the Wisconsin Supreme Court election thereby maintaining the liberal majority

The Asian American and Pacific Islander population is the fastest growing demographic in Ohio. But we are under-represented. We have been mailing questionnaires to AAPI voters throughout Ohio, asking about their experiences as AAPI citizens in our state, top of mind issues, and if they plan to vote in 2024.
The AAPI Research Group and Engagement Team - Ohio (TARGETOHIO) believes in the collective power of the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. AAPI Ohioans must be included as an integral part of our democracy—civically engaged, politically active, and voting in record numbers. TARGETOHIO will serve as the vehicle for delivering the AAPI political voice.

TurnUp's youth-led voter registration and turnout program targets competitive states and congressional districts. We conduct paid student-led on-campus voter registration and turnout drives at high schools and low-turnout community college campuses; relational voter registration and turnout programs targeting unregistered and low-propensity young voters; an educational internship program empowering youth to conduct text-banking, phone-banking, and canvassing; and innovative digital activities reminding young people to register and vote. Since 2019, we have registered over 400,000 young voters, texted 35 million young voters, talked to 900,000 young voters via phone, and graduated 13,000 youth from our internship program.
In 2025, TurnUp is focused on registering 170,000 young people to vote in key states and congressional districts for the 2026 elections and beyond. We are also registering and turning out young voters in the VA and PA elections. TurnUp is organizing the following programs to accomplish these goals paid student-led on-campus voter registration and turnout drives at high schools and low-turnout community college campuses; relational voter registration and turnout programs targeting unregistered and low-propensity young voters; an educational internship program empowering youth to conduct text-banking, phone-banking, and canvassing; and digital activities reminding young people to register and vote.
TurnUp's Youth-led GOTV program targets low-turnout community college campuses and low-propensity young voters. The program engages over 18,000 young interns, on-campus organizers, and relational organizers to utilize the following strategies: on-campus GOTV events, relational GOTV campaigns, canvassing, phone-banking, and text-banking.
We’re on a mission to strengthen democracy by increasing high impact youth civic action and closing the gap between young people who want to take civic action and those who actually take action. TurnUp includes five integrated programs that work together to increase youth voter registration and turnout: the internship training program; online program; on campus and relational voter registration and turnout program; mobile app; and ideas incubator. Virginia Organizing’s base-building and issue campaigns are integrated with c3 civic engagement and GOTV work. All 18 chapters will do restoration of rights work, making hundreds of calls to returning citizens and identifying people willing to share their stories at press events, in letters to the editor, etc.
Virginia Organizing is a non-partisan statewide grassroots organization dedicated to challenging injustice by empowering people in local communities to address issues that affect the quality of their lives. Virginia Organizing especially encourages the participation of those who have traditionally had little or no voice in our society. By building relationships with individuals and groups throughout the state, Virginia Organizing strives to get them to work together, democratically and non-violently, for change.

We are continuing to capitalize on turning out the youth vote, especially on College Campuses throughout our battleground districts. VA-2, VA-5, and VA-7 are home to the majority of VA's campuses and we want to make sure that we are registering those students to vote and to vote at their address at their colleges. We will be focusing on canvassing, phone banking, relational organizing, and targeting all of these battelground areas with digitals with the specific goal of reaching voters ages 18-35.
To further the ideals and principles of the Democratic Party, improve our society through peaceful reform and effective government, grow the voice of young people in our political processes, and serve those in need in our community.

Voces de la Frontera Action (501c4) is the advocacy arm of Voces de la Frontera. With the same mission to fight for the rights of low wage and immigrant workers, Voces de la Frontera Action is allowed to have a more active role in lobbying and advocating for better laws. VDLFA can also endorse candidates that best support our issues. We are a Latino-led organization focused on empowering hard working Latino voters. We run the largest independent Latino engagement programs in Wisconsin, aiming to unify Latino voters to support candidates and causes that bring prosperity and hope into communities.

We are targeting Catholics in MI, PA, WI with trainings, in-person & digital outreach and relational doors, calls, texts as well as digital ads and billboards. In these three states, Clinton lost the Catholic vote by 65-35. Biden made it closer to 50-50 which was the difference in the election.
To activate multi-issue Catholic voters and provide them—as well as candidates who are committed to the common good of lifting up the quality of life of all Americans—with the tools they need to be informed and to engage Catholic voters who are concerned about issues of social justice, immigration, climate change, and the scourge of White Christian Nationalism.

WMCA empowers Wisconsin’s Muslim communities through nonpartisan voter education, civic engagement, and policy advocacy. Our efforts include voter registration drives, educational workshops, candidate forums, and Get Out the Vote initiatives. We equip community members with resources to make informed electoral decisions while strengthening leadership pathways. Through strategic outreach and coalition-building, WMCA amplifies Muslim voices in the democratic process, ensuring long-term civic participation and representation at local, state, and federal levels.

The Wisconsin Muslim Civic Foundation (WMCF) is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Muslim communities across Wisconsin through civic education, leadership development, and community engagement. We work to build informed, active, and resilient communities by promoting access to civic knowledge, uplifting underrepresented voices, and fostering partnerships rooted in equity and inclusion.
In 2025, WMCF will expand nonpartisan voter education, build our community base through one-on-one outreach and events, and strengthen civic leadership among Muslim youth. We’ll combat misinformation, support first-time voters, and create culturally relevant voter materials—while preparing communities for 2026 by addressing documentation barriers and promoting civic trust year-round.
WMCF 2024 election programming aims to maximize voter engagement and turnout through a multifaceted approach. We will utilize targeted digital ads to reach diverse audiences online, conduct door-to-door canvassing to connect with voters personally, and organize community events to foster civic participation. Additionally, we will implementing phone and text campaigns to provide voters with critical information and reminders.

In 2025, WISDOM will reach more than 100,000 Wisconsin voters in advance of the April 1 election for the State Supreme Court. In April, WISDOM will mobilize more than 1,000 members for "Madison Action Day" and visits to legislators, especially regarding state budget issues that impact the criminal legal system, immigrants, schools and health care for low-income people. 2025 will also kick off WISDOM's "Organizing Revival" and efforts to double our capacity by 2026.

YCV staff and volunteers reach voters in the communities where they live and work across the state of NC through high traffic canvassing, clipboarding, tabling at events, group and classroom presentations in high schools and on college campuses, relational organizing, GOTV calls and text messaging, and 1-1 conversations with voters.
You Can Vote (YCV) was founded following Shelby County v. Holder, 133 S. Ct. 2612, the Supreme Court decision rolling back key protections of the Voting Rights Act. Our mission is to train and mobilize volunteers to educate, register, and empower all North Carolina citizens to successfully cast their ballot. Our programs combat discriminatory election laws by building a broader and more engaged electorate across the state of NC. YCV serves populations whose votes have been historically suppressed including people of color, low-income people, people who are currently and formerly incarcerated, people with disabilities, and young people.
