Atlanta Growing Leadership Of Women, Inc. (c3)

Atlanta GLOW's EmpowHer the Vote initiative empowers young, female voters of color through nonpartisan education, outreach, and engagement. We provide training, resources, workshops, and youth-led events to increase voter turnout, while our Voter Engagement Fellowship trains young leaders to mobilize their peers. Looking ahead to key elections like Georgia's 2026 gubernatorial race, we will continue equipping young voters with the knowledge and confidence to engage in the democratic process and shape their communities.

Democrats have work to do. Many voters still do not know they have been redistricted, especially in the rural areas. While the rural part of the district is only 14% of the voters, this population of mostly low income voters of color needs connection and outreach.

COVA Coalition is a predominantly women's progressive organization in Coastal Virginia. We work together to amplify women's voices, advocate for change and protect our freedoms. Our focus areas are reproductive freedom, sensible gun reform and support for public education. We are affiliated with Network NOVA. Our priority for 2024 is flipping Virginia Congressional District 2!

GALEO Impact Fund works to expand and influence Latino political power in Georgia. We also seek to elect and hold accountable policymakers who align with our progressive values. Vision: Georgia is a state where the Latino voice is sought after and Latino policymakers have equitable representation.

Our 2025 goals are to raise funds to support candidates for local and state races. We would like to increase the potential candidate list for 2026. Additionally, if funding is available, we will have our IC work to independently support or oppose candidates for office. This would be GOTV work that includes doors, phone, and social media outreach targeted to the specific locations of the candidates. Hopefully, we can endorse and support at least 3-5 Latino candidates who align with our values through these efforts.

The GALEO Impact Fund was established in 2019 to help address the need to engage in more political activism and organize the growing political power of the Latino community in Georgia.

MOVE Texas plans to amplify its impact in 2025 through organizing, member-led issue education, and leadership development, empowering young Texans to engage in the democratic process. With the 89th Texas Legislative session underway, we are rolling out our "Get Sh*t Done" Agenda to guide our work around key issues like climate, reproductive rights, and democracy. Our evergreen civic engagement efforts will focus on voter registration and municipal elections, and we will be working to expand

We will operate 25 campus chapters focused on civic engagement and issue advocacy, register 13,000 new voters, expand polling access (campus polling locations, countywide polling), launch voting rights, climate, and gender justice issue campaigns to engage young issues-first voters, and operate leadership development programs to grow capacity for youth-led organizing and power building. Up until the election, we will follow up with registered voters to ensure that they are informed and prepared to vote.

MOVE Texas is a grassroots, nonpartisan, nonprofit organization dedicated to building the power of young people in underrepresented communities through civic engagement, leadership development, and issue education. Young Texans possess the appetite and the energy to make their voices heard in the decisions and processes that impact their lives and communities, positioning them to make waves in Texas and beyond. We invest in and engage young people to become agents of change who harness their power to engage their peers in the democratic process to champion progressive values. Through intentional coaching and support, we empower young people to build a responsive, accountable, and equitable democracy.

Swing Blue Alliance is the largest all-volunteer, Democratic grassroots organization headquartered in Massachusetts. In partnership with organizations in swing states, we develop evidence-based programs to protect our democracy, work on competitive local and national elections, and strengthen the Democratic Party at the grassroots level We’re presently working on five strategic initiatives for 2025 and beyond.

The five working groups are: 2025/2026 Elections: Mobilize resources to win races in WI, VA and key 2026 districts. Countering Right Wing Media: Combat disinformation and amplify progressive voices. Oppose the Trump Agenda: Push back against extremist policies. Defend democracy. Reform the Democratic Party Strengthen Grassroots Networks

In addition to running our own voter registration trips, we help Democratic committees and other grassroots group identify the most promising precincts for hotspot and door-to-door voter registration. We acquire lists of unregistered people and check them against other databases, including the registered voter file. We use this information to create walk lists.

Swing Blue Alliance is the largest organization of its kind headquartered in Massachusetts. We are the only organization that has a research department that runs randomized control trials.

We are continuing to capitalize on turning out the youth vote, especially on College Campuses throughout our battleground districts. VA-2, VA-5, and VA-7 are home to the majority of VA's campuses and we want to make sure that we are registering those students to vote and to vote at their address at their colleges. We will be focusing on canvassing, phone banking, relational organizing, and targeting all of these battelground areas with digitals with the specific goal of reaching voters ages 18-35.
