Instructions
- Copy the embed code.
- Open the HTML editor for the page where you would like to add the form.
- Paste the embed code where you would like the form to appear.
Note: The embed code must be pasted in the HTML editor, not as formatted text. In WordPress, this is found under the “Text” tab. In Squarespace it must be pasted in a Code block. - Save the changes.
